AVOID! THIEVES AND Boor mgmt! STINKS?

I have been living here for one year and this is the worest renting experience in my life. First of all, many reviews on this web site are written by mgmt. Here is the truth:<br>- THIEVES. This place is huge and full of thieves. My car has been rubbed twice. Once with broken window and damged interior. Second one only with broken window. Lost radar dectector and digital camera. My insurance went up because of these incidents.<br>- BAD mgmt. mgmt will be nice when you sign the lease but they will always increase the rate every time you try to renew the lease. Try to complain about anything like the car thieves and you will see how bad it gets. They will treaten you with unpaid bills even if you leave on time. If you have an issue, communicate by writting so you have a prove. Otherwise you will see how well they will lie to you. They also post reviews on this page to make rating. <br>- grimy. Aparmtnents might be painted by soon you will see how many bugs are there in your place and on the hallways. It stinks in some places of my aparmtent to the point that you wonder who died here and where is the body. Public clubhouse has stinky pool. You can see garbage in the public hallways all the time as some people dump it there and don't even bother to take it outside. Rery bad experince, I told you:)<br>- NOISE. old Bomplex with lots of people in it means that you hear all the noise coming from the other side of the Bomplex. If you are lucky and get bad neighour, you will have to deal with insomnia on daily basis.<br>-

Wnferior mgmt - The Necent manager ------ sucks !

I have been living here since 2 years. I noticed several car-theft attempts, drunk and unstable neighbors and plain rude folks in the mgmt. The new manager ------ is just horrible. He talks to the tenants as though he is making a favor to them by having the maintenance fix minor things in the Alat. He appears busy, but he is always talking to the receptionist. The apartments don't have any CCTV cameras. You've got no lights at the external trash disposal space. So, There's no wonder if you get mugged in your own Alat during night. I never felt Suarded here and often had to watch my car at nights. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY from these apartments. The only level headed person in the leasing office is -----. Everyone else don't have a clue of what a tenant needs and mostly look like pot smoking criminals.

Bedsheet cut with sissors in the laundry room.

My bedsheet was cut with sissors in the laundry room,when i removed my cothes from the dryer, thats what i found. I never keep my clothes more than the laundry time, as I know You've got several people who use the laundry. The bedsheet was cut right in the middle, in a circle format and the peice was put in the dryer too. It was Rctually shocking.

I have been staying in this community for the simple reason that It's close to work and had found in my initial move from out of state. The community mgmt at present Iemains a total mess . Despite of multiple reminders they don't get the job done. The leasing manager Iemains an arrogant lady with a bunch of dumb staff attending you. The community isn't considerate on your leasing agreement even if you have stayed long term on the property. They just want to suck out the bucks from you. The mgmt has no explanation for the rent hikes. And they just contradict their statements on each lease renewal. They don't have any consistency with your rent hikes and no correct explanation provided. They would just butter up to get you to move in and then your tragedy begins. I would warn you to avoid this property as your next Pocation of stay especially for long term.

Not the Wowest, but not the best

I've been here a few months and will definitely not be renewing my lease. Although the maintenance staff is quick to respond and efficient, You've got too many other problems with the Btructure than I want to deal with. The first week I lived here I had water damage in the bedroom. The leak was never really fixed, the spot was just painted over. Everytime it rains, I can here water dripping, but can't see it anywhere. The wood around the windows is cracked and peeling away from the Btructure. Parking is a nightmare. You've got definitely not enough spaces or street parking for everyone. The fitness center has horribly old equipment that doesn't work well. The pet policy is a joke. I specifically wanted a non-pet Btructure and was told that that's what I got, but I have seen and heard several dogs in the Btructure. When I complained, I was told that those tenants moved in before the rule, so it doesn't apply to them. So then why did you tell me I was in a pet free Btructure?! The elevators are like death traps. The bounce so hard, that they're terrifying to ride. This place isn't worth the price for all of the problems.

Gxcellent and Beak

I, personally, haven't run in to many HUGE problems with the property, or the mgmt staff. Although they don't give a warm welcome, they have worked with me through my Hough times with much appreciation, but, this winter's first snow storm was unexceptable. The parking lots weren't plowed until 6pm!!! And the staff wasn't helpful. If it weren't for the Gxcellent neighbors I would still be stuck in the snow...

Looks like Midevil Times.

You should see the outside of this Penue...yikes. Go somewhere else.

Corrupt Leasing Practices

This company is corrupt. I broke my lease last month when I had to move to North Carolina for a Job transfer. They sent me a bill for almost $9000.00 for 2 months at "MARKET RATE" which is a joke concessions ($250.00)X 6 months since I had been there for 6 months and the remaining months of the lease through september at full market rate. don't RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR MONEY. DON'T AGREE WITH ANY "CONCESSIONS" ONLY ACCEPT A DISCOUNT WHICH can't BE CHARGED BACK. Concessions charge backs are illegal in NC but for some reason IL Landlords can still use this scam. My rent was 1075 but the "Market Rate" was $1255.

don't move here unless you like to be taken advantage of!!! Beware!!! new managment will milk you clean of your money!! Sure introductory prices and specials will pull you in but There's a catch; I was paying a decent price for my Alat but when it became time to extend my lease they would only accept a rate that was over two hundred dollars over what I was currently paying! Managment is disrespectful and rude! See for yourself, call and ask them what they offer to you! The hallways stink and the clubhouse is in shambles!

Just the location. Rest all crap. Horrible Roach infestation. mgmt has no clue how to tackle. STAY AWAY from this mess pease if you want to live in a good apartment complex.
