the location is too perfect to pass up. Maintenance is quick to get back to me and the property manager is always available by phone #. Overall no complaints! definitely better than my last apartment.

Nothing but minor repairs and they have all been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The one problem that reoccurred, the appliance was replaced without me having to request that. Everyone is always courteous and friendly.

so far so good, no complaints. friendly and responsive staff. we were able to coordinate moving in and key handover easily. great location with lot of recreational options nearby and affordable restaurants and stores

We like this is a modern building, it is enlightened and comfortable, but sometimes is not clean. It is nice to have music in the parking and have a pet area, even if I don't use it. It would be great to update the laundry machines and paint the common areas.

It's a nice place. But I can't say the same thing about neighbors, even if we came across each other and you say Hi/hello. I did not receive any response. They ignore. Aside this, it's a good place to stay.
