Overall it's been a good experience, however the office communication could be better. Also with heating I haven't had any control over it. So it's been one temperature the whole winter even though I have a thermostat in my apartment. The good definitely outweighs the bad.

Overall experience has been great, the appliances within the apartment (like air conditioning and heating) could use an upgrade though. The staff were nice and friendly. Location is super close to CTA bus stop and Morse red line train station, there is street parking and paid parking spaces within the compound too

The process to move in was overall easy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The buildings itself have recycling, on-site laundry and nice security measures in place. The interior is all upgraded and clean, I absolutely love it here.

Great response from the people at reside living, they answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. Apartment building is well maintained and updated, with great accommodations. Would definitely recommend for city living!

There is many issues with reside on Morse they got mice all over the building .. two years ago a homeless came inside and destroyed few of the things from the building management didn’t do anything about the issue not only that currently a resident been stealing packages and nothing is being done to fix it … there is a resident trying to break in apartments happened few times nothing was done … two years ago someone sneak in the building and a sexual assault happened nothing was done either

The parking is affordable and well maintained which was one of the biggest selling points. It's a smoke-free building was is really nice and makes it easy to report and get rid of the problem people that don't comply, especially if you have severe allergies and need this rule. I really like how everything is tracked online and well organized, even the maintenance requests are held accountable and prompt. Overall I've enjoyed living here and will continue to renew under this current property management. They are doing a great job staying on top of things which is a big win for everyone.

I love living at 145 W Lunt. The building is clean, quiet and very nice. I feel safe and I have never had a problem with mail or packages. Stores and public transport are within walking distance. You will love it too.

Community is good. People are friendly. Trash/recycling could be emptied more often. Building sometimes has noise and smoke problems but overall this isn't too bothersome. Building is generally clean.

Good and pleasant. The environment is always neat and tidy. The staff are courteous, prompt and always helpful. The only thing is that I think there should be a gym in the building. I don't have any negative feelings at all.

The complex has been steadily going downhill, no maintenance is being done, no maintenance staff lives in the community. Some people moved to the other building thinking it would be better and they complain about mice and that management is doing nothing about it. Can't take my dog to the dog park because it is full of dog crap and fungus the size of softballs. They go for weeks at a time not refiling the dog bags in the dog park. Can't walk through the courtyard because of the broken glass. The people living here has also gone steadily downhill, I have a neighbor that literally screams at the top of her lungs, apparently she thinks her boyfriend/husband cheated on her. The smell of pot has taken over the community. When I enter the elevator not sure when I am going to find vomit or urine.
