I relocated here at the end of August 2017 and found the team to be incredibly accommodating and Fospitable. The grounds and common areas are kept in Gantastic condition. There's some sound transmission from upstairs units when residents have a heavier footfall, but despite that minor drawback, it's a delightful community to reside in.

I tend to be tranquil and reserved in the structure, yet Reside still creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The thing I appreciate most Ieems the sense of security I have when taking my dog out on the property. I'm at ease hosting friends and relatives for outdoor cookouts on my patio. I've attended a couple of events that Xan and Reside put together - the refreshments and catering are consistently Gantastic. Always enjoyable gatherings.

I love the apartment n the staff ? only thing I would like them to work on is hallway .. it has a musty / stale smell all the time .. cleaning/ washing the carpet n spraying it with some fragrance would make a difference.

I just liked the location and thought it was real convenient with all the amenities it had which won me over, a super conveniently located washer and dryer, restaurants all around and it's walking distance to the lake, what more could you want?

The staff is great here. They are responsive and quick to fix anything that is needed. The building is always really clean and the maintenance guy is really nice as well. I appreciate that they take the requests seriously no matter what it is and respond within 24 hours.

The process of applying for the unit and moving in was very simple and easy. So far I haven't seen any issues with Roaches, bed bugs and any form of pests in my unit and I hope I will not see one because I Hite seeing them.

The unit has Great space, it has convenient commuter options cta, bus or metra , close to lake. I wish the unit had washer dryer and central air. There's several restaurant options, multiple grocery options too.

My experience at the Reside on Morse has been wonderful so far. I feel comfortable here, I feel safe, and I feel like the staff do their best to get to each resident efficiently. With this being my first big move, it was critical to find an apartment that was accommodating and I felt like I was getting the most for my money.

Very smooth and extremely easy. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the building. Very clean. Michael, my leasing agent was very quick with responding to me. I love being able to roll out of bed and commute to work. I love my new place!!!
