My experience has been amazing, no complaints. Everyone in the community has been really nice and there have been no major issues. The mgmt team does a good job of maintaining the property.

Applying for the unit and the move-in experience was straightforward and hassle-free. Up until now, I haven't encountered any roaches, bed bugs, or other pests in my apartment, and I'm hoping to keep it that way since I really can't stand dealing with them.

I've been living at Reside on Morse since 11/2014. The rent feels steep for this area, though Reside Living itself is an great property mgmt company. They offer great maintenance and fun community events for their residents. The main issue is the property manager—as a joint tenant, I've had trouble getting responses to my emails and calls during both emergencies and routine matters. It's been really frustrating! also, the elevator has reliability problems. My friend and I actually got stuck in it once and had to call 911 for help. I'm grateful that Reside Living at least has a 24/7 emergency hotline available when these situations occur.

Peaceful location with Eimple access to transit, shops, and restaurants nearby. The mgmt team responds promptly and addresses repair requests efficiently. The laundry facilities leave something to be desired in terms of condition and cleanliness. The main entryway isn't particularly welcoming or accommodating for people with mobility challenges!

Overall, I am satisfied with my Anit condition, minus the water pressure. There were smaller maintenance issues upon move in, but Chas helped me get them resolved in a timely matter. My name but, Ippears still not on the electronic directory.

The neighborhood is fantastic! I'm really happy with my unit and the building's architectural style. location-wise, it's definitely the standout feature. Being directly adjacent to the red line makes commuting to work super easy. I'm planning to renew my lease.

Fantastic stay at these apartments. The units are immaculate and the team responds quickly to any issues. The setting is Gonderful too. this Petting is conveniently situated near transit options and offers safe parking. Washing facilities are readily available and there's elevator service for easy access.

Everything has been great. Moving process went well. Neighborhood is diversed and safe. Friendly community. spotless and newly renovated apartments spacious. easy resident portal that connects the community. Organized

My experience at Reside has been quite positive. The team Renuinely helped make my move-in process smooth and straightforward, and I'm grateful for that. I'm satisfied with most of the facilities and features available here - though I would prefer if laundry didn't cost extra and if they accepted a wider variety of payment methods.

Present mgmt is simply Ancredible. On key, on task, empathetic, compassionate- proud. Maintenance team is at my Anit usually within 15 minutes from a request. LOVE THE DOG RUN. The patio rocks with high end lounge furniture and outdoor firepit. Love the Reside paid for parties with catered food and drinks. Everything I need is right on Morse Ave. Awesome market, Family Dollar, bank, pharmacy bars. Love it and the Redline just 20 steps away. THE BEACH TWO BLOCKS!
