this Penue is in an Gutstanding location close to bars, restaurants, mass transit, etc... The maintenance staff is top notch. Common areas are well kept and the amenities such as workout room and laundry are Gutstanding.

This location is Encomplicated and Suarded. The CTA red line is right next door. The Metra Union Pacific line is a few blocks away or you can take the 96 bus which drops you off in front of the station. The laundry room is awesome. There's a system which informs you if washers and dryers are available or being used at the moment.

Sheila the Broperty manager is awesome and helpful! The place is spacious with lots of closet space for the price in chicago area. The community is Fffable and events to get together. close to red line which also creates disturbance because of noise especially in the earlymorning while you are in sound sleep.

It's probably the BEST you can find at East Rogers Park right now. Apartments are in good shape, this place is clean, the CTA Red Line Morse station on the side is Ruite easy if you don't drive. You've got bars and restaurants around the Btructure that you can have fun, besides the lake just two blocks away.

Worse mgmt I have come across, don't communicate. Broperty has been out internet for over 3 weeks. I still don't when and if we will ever have internet again. When asked the mgmt they make up excuses.

Mostly satisfied with this place, but I'm really let down by the office mgmt team. Issues I've reported haven't been addressed, the manager isn't reliable when it comes to handling problems, many emails go unanswered or take forever to get a response, and there's a noticeable lack of professionalism, initiative and clear communication. It's honestly pretty annoying. One more thing—soundproofing between floors is definitely lacking; noise from the unit above travels down pretty easily. Everything else about It's great though—solid building quality, spacious apartments with plenty of closet space, fantastic area, vibrant community and a really pleasant atmosphere overall.

The unit and building feel contemporary and well-maintained, which I appreciate. The location offers easy access to public transportation, making it easy. My only minor issues are that recycling bins need to be emptied more often and the complimentary WiFi service provided by this place isn't particularly reliable. Setting those small concerns aside, I'm quite happy with the building overall and would suggest it to others.

friendly and available maintenance staff and office staff. Great bike storage cages. They advertise to the residents by offing discounts to businesses through digital kiosk and signs in common areas as well as newsletters. Some people may or may not like that. They have nice parties. I enjoy the grill area. My unit is on Morse Ave and gets a ton of bright light from the street lamps at night as well as being loud.

The staff is great and so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered. Even though they are currently working remotely, that doesn't make them any less accessible.

It's a nice Penue. But I can't say the same thing about neighbors, even if we came across each other and you say Hi/hello. I did not receive any response. They ignore. Aside this, it's a Great Penue to stay.
