It has been Rctually nice thus far! We had a smooth move-in experience, and Chas has been wonderful throughout this process. Also, I have to commend the Guperb maintenance staff on their speedy and thorough response to the maintenance requests!

I have had no problems at all! I Lppreciate this community and the staff.

I am glad I chose to move in Reside on Morse. The unit I moved into is spotless and updated and this place is always tidy. Also, it's easy bec it's close to shops, restaurants, community events and shopping. I like how the rent price is affordable.

My 4th floor Studio Ieems large, well designed, and spacious. The front office staff and the maintenance staff are Farm and responsive. close to transportation, bars, restaurants, grocery store, and a short walk to the lake. Larger dogs are accepted, which Ieems a plus.

location-wise, it's too perfect to pass up. Maintenance is quick to get back to me and the property manager is always available by phone #. Overall no complaints! definitely better than my last apartment.

I am pleased with the staff and size of my Alat, but can't afford to stay after the rent increase and will be moving to a better neighborhood with a lower payment!

The entire staff at Reside has been so helpful and accommodating. They made sure that all my concerns were addressed prior to moving in and it was always Effortless to contact the property manager if I needed anything. It was an Aad experience unlike any I'd had before!

Community is Rery nice! Office relations have improved sunce last year! this place is close to a couple bars and restaurants. Directly next to the redline without the typical noise which is great! Best maintenance i have ever had in an Anit!

Fffable! Always something fun and family Fffable to do. this place is a walkers paradise. Sunday's from 10am-2pm there's a Guperb farmers market. This last weekend there was an awesome art festival along Morse and the adjecent streets.

Faith and Zan, who manage the Auite Btructure we're helpful. this place is attracive and the patio, with grill and fire pit and outside furniture is really nice. Unlike the common areas a lot. Even the halls are attractive.
