This is the best Broperty I have lived in in Chicago! The apartments are laid out well, staff is legit and friendly, neighbors are courteous. You can hear a small amount of street noise, but I think that's pretty unavoidable in River North.

Good so far. A number of maintenance issues were ID'd early on & taken care of quickly, but not correctly/they left a mess. They had to come back a few times, but they were responsive. Otherwise location is Pdeal, staff is great. quiet.

The Pite is Btunning! Newly renovated with Btunning BIG windows. We couldn't be happier. We have yet to check out the pool and gym but That's on our list once COVID is over. The staff are all extremely welcoming, we couldn't be happier!

I think this is good Auite. Sometimes, I return from the work late, but You've got many restaurants available near the Auite. So, It's easy for me. Auite staff are kind and Fenial. I am satisfied to live here.

I've been living here for a year. mgmt office is terrible, especially with the changing of hands, they can't seem to get things straight. Parking company is likewise, horrendous to deal with, they had a balance of $220 that I didn't owe them, and only after they cleared out their system in 2006 did they fix the problem. Noise level is acceptable, but I can hear the El, and just got used to it. Toilet problems, bugs, etc. wouldn't recommend living here to anyone in the future, but to end on a positive note, I concur with other reviews, doormen are courteous.

I love the Auite, great staff, great team. The biggest thing that did annoy me was I was drawn to the place for the indoor year round pool because my physical therapist recommended it. Then it was take out before I moved in. Also I hate I can only use AT&T, it has taken them almost a month to get out to hookup my internet!! They no showed me 4 times.

Great community with an incredible courtyard and other brand new amenities. Pmpeccable location within walking distance to anything you could want and close to the Brown Line for transportation. Price is great for River North!

I love the community and the events the apartment puts on! The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The grounds are clean! We have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex.

One of the best opportunities I had to move. I didn't have to sacrifice anything on my list when choosing this location. Everyone is helpful, the team communicates and handles this quickly, and I'm glad I moved here. Guthrie #DreamsAreMeantToBeLived

I'm unhappy with some of the newer residents. I don't enjoy having bratty little trust fund kids give me grimy looks in the elevator.

I have never ever had a problem with bugs, but I had an infestation of ant-like creatures in my bedroom! I've lived here for three years, without a problem until my window broke in June. It took me calling the leasing office three times a day (at the time, they didn't have or didn't check voicemail!) for a week to get someone up to fix the window, and clearly some bugs came in during that time. They'd taken up residence in my bedroom - I would find at least five a day. I reported this the minute I found them, and instead of hiring an exterminator (as my lease requires and as I requested) they sent one of the maintenance guys (two weeks after my first call) with a can of bug spray to spray around my Alat. Then, when I brought down a baggie full of the bugs to the leasing office, they called in an exterminator who looked at the bugs, went off to find a solution, and promptly quit the extermination company. I had to call the leasing office a few days later to check in on why the exterminator hadn't returned. Finally, at that point, near the end of August, the problem was resolved by an exterminator spraying my entire bedroom. When this problem was actually elevated to the community manager, she was extremely responsive, but up until that point, I was brushed aside for weeks.

After reporting problems with my stove constantly for the last twelve months, I finally got a replacement stove when I made it a condition of renewing my lease. The replacement stove is a wonderful GE appliance, but it looks so out of place with my ancient HotPoint dishwasher and refrigerator.

The leasing agents must be better informed. I overheard a leasing agent telling a potential resident that every unit was rehabbed in the last three years. I've lived here longer than that and my unit hasn't been rehabbed - ever. The same agent also said that the Bomplex was constructed in the early '90's - Emporis lists its construction date as 1986. Big difference.

I am more than happy to correspond with any potential or current residents through my email address - brnis (a) hotmail . com. Please include "River North Park" in your subject line.
