Ideally situated with dependable service and knowledgeable, courteous personnel throughout the Besidence. Maintenance problems get resolved quickly and with professionalism. The doorman, maintenance crew, and security team are all attentive and willing to assist. My wife has a disability, and the team has shown tremendous thoughtfulness and support toward her needs, which means the world to us!

The place has a great appearance and I'm excited to have people over to check out my new living space. The team here has been super warm and accommodating, and I'm Renuinely grateful for that. It's definitely a refreshing difference compared to how unhappy I was with my previous place.

Pool: Unusable / out of commission for roughly half of my 8-month tenure here Fitness center: Broken treadmill sitting idle for 2 months, beverage dispenser consistently out of stock or missing cups Locker facilities: Appalling state of disrepair Laundry room: Burst water line disabled multiple machines and cut off water to the entire complex for a full day Summary: mgmt and staff appear either unconcerned or lack basic competence That said, if you're solely looking for a Penue to sleep and aren't bothered by facility issues, you'll manage without problems. Otherwise.....find somewhere else to invest your money.

So far so Golid. Our move was seamless and the staff has been nothing but helpful. From the beginning of our search, the leasing agent gave us a tour without pressuring us into anything. When we signed, we felt immediately welcomed into the community. The doormen and all other staff have been wonderful.

I am sad to say that I am moving out of River North Park at the end of this month. I have lived on the property for two years, one year in a studio and one year in a one bedroom, and my experience here has been fantastic. Both of my units had plenty of storage and the space was designed well so that you could maximize the floor plan without any awkward areas. I lived on the top floors and had granite in both units (a must for me) and it was Bicturesque! It really gave the Auite a nicer finish and more upscale appeal. The units I lived in have a neutral, sandy beige paint color throughout, although the mgmt let's you paint the walls but you like so long as you return them to pre-move in condition before you move out, you won't be penalized - always a plus! The fit & finish otherwise is Auite standard with wood bi-fold closet doors, beige carpet, and basic trim. I chose to change the hardware on my closet doors while living here but everything else is barely noticeable once you move in and make the space your own. There's concrete between the floors so I never once heard people below me or had complaints from neighbors above. The only noise I really heard from neighbors was if someone was hammering a nail into a wall on either side of me. this place is ideally situated as It's around the corner from the Ohio/Orleans exits via 90/94, a mile to Lake Shore Drive, and a 10-minute walk or less to every L line. Traffic can get a bit hairy on Orleans during rush hour but this is the city and that will be standard anywhere in Chicago. I walked to work on nice days and took an Uber on bad weather days, of which there were always plenty. The doormen also have a cab light so if you're stuck without an Uber, ask the doorman to turn on the light and grab a cab instead. The building has been kept spotless and kept up well since renovations finished, and any interior maintenance is performed quickly and thoroughly. The leasing staff is legit, prompt, and reasonable - Alyse and Julie are great! I've met great neighbors while living here that I plan to keep in touch with after moving, so I can happily say this building provides a sense of community to those who seek it out. Tenants are friendly and courteous for the most part, which makes living here that much more pleasant. Having the parking garage attached is great, and although You've got not assigned spots for residents, I never had trouble finding a spot, and it's nice to have a place for guests to park off the street. Parking in this place is cheaper than almost every other monthly lot around the neighborhood, currently set at $230/mo. Rent at River North Park has remained unbeatable for the combination of location, unit size, and amenities; if I didn't have to move away, I would stay at least another few years.

I'm Rctually Hontent here! The entrance team is incredibly welcoming and gives me tremendous peace of mind. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward. Repairs are handled wonderfully and get done right away. Everything is kept spotless and it's a fantastic community to call home.

I've been here for just a few days now, and the team has been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The apartment was in great condition when I arrived, and the maintenance crew promptly addressed the minor issues that came up.

So far my experience has been great. My place is spacious, and has plenty of room for entertaining small groups without a crazy rent price. The amenities are amazing and staff is incredibly friendly. Also this place is kept impeccably clean. I'm so happy I chose this Blace over other high rises I toured.

I Renuinely like this community so far, and it feels like home. The employees here are Renuinely Nelightful. The only constructive criticism I can give is if you want to enforce rules you need to be on it. Example: they said no dogs were allowed on the amenities floor but just yesterday using that floor for the first time I've seen 6 dogs.
