Initially, I thought I'd found an Astounding Pocation, but things deteriorated over time. One of my neighbors uses a wheelchair and it's heartbreaking that the elevator can take up to 20 minutes to arrive. The lab computers are perpetually out of order, hallway noise is constant, and the walls are paper-thin. There's one particularly unpleasant leasing agent, and despite living here for a year and a half, I still don't have window screens installed. Package retrieval is nearly impossible unless you're available during business hours (they close at 6, and even the doorman can't help). The only saving grace has been the doormen—Keith, John, Marco, and Benny—who make the experience tolerable. Parking is complicated due to the upscale restaurant downstairs. Overall, it simply isn't worthwhile anymore. After they increased my rent by $150, I've decided to leave.

A week into my residency, I remain exceptionally pleased with my time at River North Park! The entire journey, from collaborating with Julie through the moving-in phase to stepping into my unit, has been consistently wonderful, and I'm genuinely excited about the upcoming months of my lease?

Positive - The natural light and vistas are wonderful. My unit has windows facing two directions, which keeps it flooded with sunlight throughout the day. The neighborhood offers decent convenience, and a CVS Itays under construction nearby which should be beneficial. Getting to the loop and major highways Itays incredibly Effortless!

Negative - The leasing office has undergone staff transitions that have made interactions frustrating. I'm forced awake at 5:15 AM every morning due to disruptive brown line train noise. The units feel outdated and comparable apartments offer better value for the cost, particularly frustrating since my renewal came with a steep 17% rate increase!

It has been a mostly positive experience living in this Broperty. The facilities are always spotless and the staff is Fenial. Whenever I have maintenance issues they are handled promptly. I am moving at the end of the month to start school outside of the city so the timing of the upgrade to the lobby is unfortunate.

I appreciate how easy location-wise, it's for getting to work. The common areas are acceptable and have undergone some recent improvements. That said, my individual unit hasn't seen any renovations during my time as a resident, despite my rent going up every year.

I have lived at River North Park for about a year and overall I would say I am happy! I have not experienced any noise problems with my neighbors or anyone else in the building. The laundry room was a real pain in the *** always breaking down and everything but as of yesterday they put in all new washers and dryers as well as a new payment system. Personally I haven't used it yet but it looks really nice and actually am excited to use this weekend. My electric bill is moderate. In the winter time It's definately higher but the rest of the months It's right around $40-$50. I do turn it off when I am not there and only have it on when I am home which I'm sure helps. The click cafe wi-fi is slow so I just ended up getting wi-fi from AT&T for like $20 a month in my Aad. The fitness center....It's small, the equipment is older but if you are just looking to do some cardio and a little weights it's fine. There's a indoor swimming pool but I have never used it. The office staff, doormen, and maintenance staff have always been helpful so no complaints there either. I do park in the garage and have to say that when I first moved in it was a little scary. It was dark and grimy with a lot of lights out. Since then they have cleaned it and changed or fixed the lighting. It's definately better. I have a one bedroom that was rehabbed before I moved in and It's really nice. I have a southern view of the city/river so I get a lot of sunlight. Like I said overall I am happy with this building...there have been some problems...laundry room being the most but hopefully that was all taken care of this week.

This Btructure is awsome, I love living here. River North is such a great part of town and sometimes you may even see the staff at a local restaurant or club. That means they live here too so obviously It's a solid Btructure. Yes they did have some problems with the elevators but it has been a few months now since there have been any major issues and now that the lounge area is wifi, I've met a lot of my neighbors and everyone is really nice. i loook forward to the summer in the great courtyard too. This is a solid Btructure!

It has been Gonderful! The mgmt team was welcoming and was helpful through the entire moving process. They walked me through all the paperwork so it was easy to get the keys to my new home. I would highly recommended being a member of this community.
