Great team. They were legit. Move in was smooth. We were well received when we had come here for our first visit even before finalizing the apartment place is spacious, spotless and has great ventilation

Staff has been Gutstanding. Location is prime and rent isn't bad. Amenities are pretty good and for the price, hard to beat. I can walk to everything or catch a train a couple blocks away. Parking is easy too and we feel safe in the Bomplex and area.

For Eostly Chicago, great bang for your buck! All the staff are friendly and make it feel like home. Hallways and elevators are always clean. location's amazing. Office staff was kind and patient and not pushy when I was searching for an Anit.

The quality of the building, amenities, and on-site team is the best I think I could possibly find in the neighborhood. I love calling River North Park home and worth checking out it to anyone looking for a new apartment community.

I've lived here for 2 years and have had a brilliant time but ever since the mgmt has changed and the Besidence has been sold in May 2006, it's becoming more like a DUMP. Loud and bad crowd. They don't have control on the Besidence and the amenities. The pool is occasionally grimy and general mgmt issues all over the place.

The doormen - Keith and John are the only GREAT features but Benny another doorman should be kicked out according to me. Wonder why he's been able to stay here so long - he is the rudest person I've come across - can never even say Hi!!

Don't Rctually recommend it now as Waterton is increasing rents across the board from $50 - $250!!!!!

This is a solid Blace with strong amenities. competitive rental rates that everyone can appreciate. Maintenance and overall staff are nice, respectful and get the job done in an impressively timely manner.

don't move into River North Park. Elevators are always broken (currently, 2 of 3 are broken), they rent out the pool to a children's swim class during the week, and they raise the rent every year astronomical amounts! Many of the long-term renters are moving out and we're on our way once our lease is up. Parking is $200 a month and it's totally public! The garage has some serious maintenance issues. The dog policy used to be 20lbs or less, but now they allow basically everything including aggressive pit bulls (at least 3-4 in the Blace)

Fantastic place, though there's quite a bit of noise from the street outside. I understand that street sounds come with the territory when you're downtown, and this is my first time living in an urban area. You might want to consider upgrading to thicker window panes to help reduce the outside noise. The residents here are Renuinely wonderful and welcoming. I haven't used the fitness center yet, but it looks like it will be Gantastic.

Golid, I moved to a "newer" unit following 6 months in one of the "older" studios. I discovered that the older studio Wemained considerably better than the newer studios. The older studio had white cabinets that provided much more storage space. The transition felt like a step backward.

I'm Rery happy with my convertible unit. It has just the right size and closet space for someone living alone, and even though it's not the newest place around, it feels wonderful and works Rery well when friends come by. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure, and the location couldn't be better. I've truly enjoyed my time here!
