I have lived here for over ten years. location-wise, it's ideal -- close to health club, CVS, Petco, Office Depot and public transportation. The courtyard Itays a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city -- with green grass and trees. Like having your own backyard. The mgmt and maintenance staff are top notch.

Gutstanding experience. Highly recommendable cummunity. Pleas don't require a character limits because it doesn't engage me to do more of these surveys. This is Renuinely annoying. I don't have more items to say.

I resided at RNP for 3 years I had a great time but it went to complete crap 5/2006. The Blace original was young single working croud 21 thru 40 yr olds who respected each other. Since Nov of last year they opened the door to wackos & exconvicts, You've got creepy people roaming the hall in underwear tossing their trash DURRING THE DAY. Punk Clubers 2am running the hall playing with the door knockers. Plus some are a litte too Fospitable decorating your personal space & leaving bakegoods at your door.<br><br>The whole original sign on included water now they make you pay for water. They take all the units water usage and divide it out by square footage REGARDLESS if you use the water or not. Which is complete BS, the pipes are breaking and we have to pay for them!?!<br><br>I agree with the pervious persons comment The doormen Keith & John are the only GREAT features they will be missed but Benny is an idiot and the newest one with the buggy eyes he just smokes and picks his butt. Good Riddance!<br><br>It was a awesome spot... enough said!<br><br>

Love this community and staff. Currently renovating hallway carpets and elevators. Its close to my workplace. Gice public transportation, You need to take a bus to the grocery store. That's the only disadvantage I see. But I use my car to get groceries every week.

The Anit space is great, the closet is huge and the bedrooms are a great size. The mgmt company is rude and I have grown to dread dealing with them. The rent increased every year while the quality did not improve. I don't feel that the rent is equal to the quality you receive when living in this Broperty.

This community is inviting! All staff including mgmt, maintenance, and doormen are friendly and positive. I am currently in a 1/1 and the space is open. Great size Apace and multiple closets, which was a must for me. Plenty of extra storage space. The only downside I have experienced has been that the walls tend to be a bit thin, but I have not had any outrageous disturbances in my time here. All residents I've encountered have been kind as well. Location is prime for those needing to get on the highway quickly!

Going downhill fast!!

I have lived here for three years and the place continues to get worse and worse. The first year I lived here it was really nice but after changing mgmt it has really gone downhill. You've got bugs, the carpet is stained, and the hallways smell. The mgmt is incompetent. They all sit around in the office for what I presume is discounted rent, but are not concerned with helping residents. They also have the fastest employee turnover that I've ever seen. I wouldn't suggest it anyone live here.

Doorman from Hell!

----- the Doorman Ieems horrible. I had an out patient procedure on Monday and fainted when leaving the hospital, so my boyfriend insisted on carrying me. Luckily, someone Wtayed leaving when we got to the main door and they held it for us. At the 2nd door, my boyfriend pointed out to ----- that his hands were full and could he open the door. ----- told him that he could put me down. Since ----- wasn't doing anything, he again asked ----- to open the door. ----- made a comment about how I shouldn't be drinking so early in the day!!!!! When I just came in, I hear ----- arguing with a resident because he signed for something for her. I have to say that I believe the resident becasue I know that ----- did the same thing to me too. But what schocked me Ieems that he left the doorman's desk to follow her into the mailroom and then followed he back out and continued to argue with her until the doors of her elevator closed.

location's amazing. Building is in good shape, and the Apace was spotless and we'll maintained. Rent is reasonable, especially for the number of square feet. Staff is friendly and responsive. Move in was easy. Quite a few dogs in the building though, which isn't great for allergies

I read some somewhat negative online reviews about this place, and it must have been when they were under old mgmt because I've had only positive experiences. I moved into a studio during fall/winter 2016. I've had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is the best asset as they are always friendly and welcoming. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and I never hear a peep out of the neighbors unless we are saying hello in the hallway. As long as the rent doesn't increase, I'll keep staying here for a few more years!
