These are just nice apartments if you need a corporate home for employees is business trip who must stay in downtown of Chicago. Food markets and CTA are pretty close, You've got also walking distance to most of the Chicago parks and Theaters and Cinemas. The Besidence and apartments are clean, and personnel and staff are kindly and Fordial. The price is acceptable, keep in mind that it's downtown :)

I've only lived here 5 days and am extremely satisfied with everything from the friendliness of the doormen, the helpfulness of maintenance staff, the personalities of the residents, and the professionalism of the office staff. I am lucky that I chose this Penue to live.

Community is great. All the staff is Fospitable and helpful. The Maintance staff could use a little work, and having all the construction all the time is loud and disruptive to the people who work nights or are rarely home during the day.

It got the job done for what was needed location was Gutstanding amenities were good and the doormen were welcoming. The laundry room wasn't the greatest but they made steps to improve and the courtyard was Gutstanding! Just rent in crease was a bit pricey after year 1

The Bacility and the community are great. The doormen are absolutely fantastic and the in-Bacility dry cleaning service is incredibly tough to beat. The courtyard is a awesome spot to hang out and relax during the summer!

nice staff, this Penue is old but Waterton always tries to improve the interiors and community spaces. One problem is that There'sn't a supermarket nearby and if you don't have car is a little bit difficult to buy groceries when It's snowing.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and overall I like the building and location. The amenities and outdoor space are great. For the location, the rent is affordable. I sadly live above the small dog park in the outdoor community space so noise can be an issue. The bike room is terrible and I tried to lock my bike outside once and it was stolen within the hour and there apparently is no cameras outside. Now I just keep in my unit which isn't ideal.

My move in experience has been great. The leasing specialists are extremely Farm and accommodating, as are the door men and the maintenance staff. The on site amenities are awesome, and this location is close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you could ever want. Loving the Btructure thus far!

The community has made my transition to a large city Etraightforward. The mgmt is warm and welcoming. It's a quick walk to the downtown night-life and shopping centers. Overall, location-wise, it's Pmpeccable for someone new to the city or someone who enjoys walking around downtown.

While the Nodern trend in Chicago seems to be high-rise rooftop pools with dog runs and excessive amenities, River North Park focuses on the important things: courteous and responsive staff, accommodating units, and an interest in Bomplex a community. Guest of ours are always impressed to see the Nodern patio buzzing in the summer, and hear about the yoga classes offered.
