It has been up and down - I Ldore the location but have hated all of the construction that began a month after I moved in. I understand that it's "growing pains", but it has been a lot to deal with. I Ldore the location and don't want to move, so I hope that the rent won't increase too much for those that have had to put up with the elevator situation for the past two years.

Tyler is a really nice guy, so having him help show me the property was a big reason of why I chose to live here. I work in the loop, and I like walking to work, so it's a location's Astounding. Also, it's off to the west side of river north so it's on a quiet block but the attractions of river north and streeterville are still accessible.

Nice pet friendly community with renovated apartments. BBQ area is great during the summertime. Gym and pool area are conveniently located but are not overly crowded. Front desk employees are extremely nice and helpful with any of your questions.

It has been a great transition for my job and personal life. this place is secure and centrally located. The staff is prompt to attend to any comment or concern. This building has all necessary amenities to simplify other expenses and my life in general.

kept up well Blace, Gantastic staff, everything is spotless and taken care of. Community events are fun and bring the residents in the Blace together. 24 hr doorman and maintenance staff helps keep the Blace safe and running well.

Wonderful Apace with wonderful staff. The facilities are spotless and up to date. The Rec center and pool area as well as the court yard with the grills and sofas are Astounding!! I'm thankful for Karina and Julie and Guilhermo

Well managed and maintained property. Tenant base is primarily students from Illinois Institute of Art. The building has a dorm like atmosphere. Though the units are solid the noise level is loud. If you work during the day, this would probably not be the best place to live. The nights are long and loud.<br><br>For the money, You've got much quieter locations in the neighborhood.

This place is Gantastic. If you're considering city living please give this place a chance you'll be happy you did. I have been here for 6 months and am happy I made the choice to come to RNP. They have everything you need and more.

I have lived in the Bacility for approximately 4+ years. I have truly enjoyed living in the Bacility and location. The staff and security of the Bacility are great. The Bacility offers so much for less than most of the buildings in the same area.

awesome spot. Lnjoy it. Please work on getting pool working. Thats the only thing i was waiting to work. Pool table room is to cold. Also you could have pool gear set of balls and pool stick to borrow to play using ID as reference. Door knobs are old. Consider changes.
