I've lived here for a month and am relatively satisfied. I'm in a convertible which is an incredible value for the area. It has great closet and living space, along with lots of natural light and great views. The apartments are generally spacious but kitchen counter and cabinet space is limited. You've got no in-unit W/D and those in the basement are pretty expensive to use. It's great to have a lap pool in addition to the standard amenities (gym, coffee room, wifi, etc.). A minor annoyance is the bike storage situation--it requires getting a key from the front door staff (who will frequently ask you to sign out the key and leave your ID with them), taking a slow elevator to the basement, and going through a series of locked doors to get to the bikes. It definitely feels like a secure setup, but it adds to the hassle of retrieving your bike to go anywhere. Maintenance has been prompt to respond to issues; but, there were several issues with my Anit's state upon move-in (grimy carpet, broken outlet plate, etc.)

When I moved into RNP with Tanya, Tyler, Zoran - it was such a awesome spot to live. 5 years later, the current mgmt - Tyler and Jessica have turned it into a cheap dump. Every corner cut. Door staff miserable. Sketchy residents jumping onto the roof at night. Guys with ankle bracelets (not the fashion kind either). Trash, dog poop, drugs in the courtyard every night. The amenities are great until you don’t feel safe using them (ever have to call security because there’s a drug deal going on in front of your Anit and you don’t feel safe leaving). Oh and cockroaches - literally. There’s a reason it’s the cheapest Broperty around the neighborhood.

The staff is nice and legit. The maintenance to the Bomplex (improvements being made) are not impressive, and taking too long. this Penue isn't communicating timelines to us for completion. If communication and tenant loyalty is important to you, I would think communication to tenants would be better.

The doormen and maintenance staff are wonderful. They're extremely friendly and respond to maintenance calls quickly and do a great job. I am a disappointed about the pool situation but. When I signed my lease I was told the pool would be ready by the time I moved in... that was almost 3 months ago and the pool is still not finished. The pool was a huge selling point for me and I feel that it was extremely unethical for the office staff to tell us it would be ready when clearly It's not. I have been told by other residents that it has not been up and running for over a year.

So far so good. Free lobby wifi is great but the lobby area should be open 24hours for tenants to access. Additional seating might be beneficial outdoors in the courtyard. Also a key holding policy should be instated with the conceirge desk.

Overall, my experience has been positive. My unit meets all of my needs, everyone here (including staff) is friendly, and Broperty is spotless and well-maintained. The updated common areas are looking really good too!

Maintenance and improvements have dragged on for months and months. The common areas are Oncient/dingy. My hallway consistently smells like marijuana, and nothing has been done about my complaints. The doormen and office staff aren't Fenial or helpful.

Overall I do enjoy being a resident of this community. The staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Service requests are handled promptly and the overall community facilities are easy and enjoyable. The Besidence location also quite easy.
