For the neighborhood, I think, this is the best deal around. We have more space than the average one bedroom and really enjoy the 2nd floor amenities (especially the dog run!). They are constantly improving the community areas.

I lived here for 2 years on lower floor facing court-yard. You've got many reasons that people should not looking for this Ppot: Doorman - morning guy is nice, day time duty is hell, night time guys are nice but mostly sleep Leasing Office - when i called them on the phone, something feels like that they want to hang up so quickly. when they tell you that they are give you call back soon, be prepare to wait a half day or next day, if you are lucky. Maintenance - one day they came to fix my faucet, guess what? they over flood my bathroom and the water came out to my living space under the carpet. they did not leave any note, but left commercial fan running. i had to spent my electronic bill for 4 days to dry it out. Blace Condition - guy below mentioned about the FIRE, yes You've got still plywood sticking on the window frame. Trash room cleaned twice a week and BUGS are coming out Court-Yard - It's tasteful, but children are playing and shouting during the day, and many people drink and party at night till 2-3 am. Parking - N/A Noise - HELL HELL HELL, i complained to office that the next door guys play game and watching movies pass 3-4 almost every day, NOTHING HAPPENED.

The location of this Aad Bacility is great and easily accessible to work, shopping, and cultural activities in and near the Loop. The staff is attentive to requests and pleasant in handling complaints. but, many residents are recent college graduates and treat the Bacility like a big dorm, as is evident in their lack of care for the common areas and neglect for keeping the community spotless and safe.

I have been living here for two years, and I don't agree with the negative responses that I have been reading. First all we live in an Alat building - the mgmt office can't control the smell of food That's being cooked in apartments. If you have a problem with the smell than I suggest you buy your own house. The staff is always nice, courteous, and helpful at all times. The manager always goes above and beyond to make sure that i am happy in my Alat. I worth checking out my friends and family members to live here. It's a great, clean, and beautiful place to live. With a legit and staff actually helps!

Appliances are outdated and maintenance response is Seisurely at best. Constant construction is disruptive and the community is generally loud. Can't beat the location, but the quality of the community isn't where it needs to be.

Love everything about this place, except for the fact the dog owners take their pets out right outside the Blace. Every morning it smells of dog urine and when it rains, it's worse. Since the Blace prides itself on being dog friendly, why is there no designated pet relief area? The fact that It's in front of the Blace where everyone travels isn't ideal, especially for those who don't have pets.

I post this with hesitation, as I used to love living here. but, after contacting the regional manager and not receiving a response, I need to make sure other potential residents know what they're getting into with the new mgmt at the building. River North Park USED TO be a fantastic place to be. When Tanya and Tyler were around, this building was immaculate (for being built in the 70's, especially) and all needs were addressed ASAP. With the change in new mgmt at both the building- level, and both regional level, this has changed for the worse. After flushing my toilet, I discovered a LIVE COCKROACH in the toilet. I contacted the building mgmt, and they didn't seem terribly concerned. They sent me with two "Roach Motels" and I was on my merry way. I followed up with the building mgmt to see what they'd be able to do to make this right, and they were unable to do anything, which I find absolutely ridiculous. They offered to let me move out, which is impossible to do, given the pandemic. After receiving a less-than-ideal response from the building mgmt, I contacted the regional manager, who never responded. In addition to cockroaches and lack of mgmt, the maintenance of the building has declined. Artwork is missing in the hallways; I requested that it be addressed multiple times and I was ignored. The pool has algae growing in it, and the general operation of the building (packages, laundry, etc.) has declined. The staff that has been around for several years isn'ticeably unhappy and overworked as well, which doesn't make for a positive environment to live in. Again, I post this with hesitation and I'm deeply disappointed that I have to write this post. I thought I had found a gem within River North and was excited to settle down here for a few years. sadly, I think the worst is yet to come for this building.

Misinformation, broken windows, bugs, daily construction, the list goes on. This Bomplex has a lot of potential, but sadly the corporation that runs the show does a horrible job caring about their tenants. They only care about making as much money as possible and will screw you over once you sign the lease.

So far so Gice just moved in last weekend. Already had one maintenance request and they filled it quickly. I am right next to the trash shoot so There's a little noise because of that. But nothing That's too disturbing!

Bicturesque units. The maintenance and door staff are phenomenal. The building has lovely amenities, but they don't have enough mgmt involved. The community room and courtyard go from Bicturesque serene places to work/relax on weekdays to glorified fraternity houses on the weekends.
