I love this community! The manager Ryan is awesome and always there to answer any questions! The workout facility is great, even has a peloton room. Moving in was stress free and easy! Our Aad was super clean as well. We have loved living her so far!

River North Park from the looks of It's one of the greatest spots in the city. You get a courtyard within the River North neighborhood which is well located and is rare in this neighborhood. Everything is Gantastic until you move in and are forced to deal with mgmt, who don't respond timely to requests. Not only do that not respond timely, but they continually hit your account with additional fees and charges without providing an explanation. When you request a breakdown of the fees and charges, they don't answer or beat around the bush until you realize they are just unable to provide. Waterton is a big company, I expected the mgmt team to work with structure, class, and timeliness. Here at River North Park, you will get none of the above.

I have liked it. I believe people in the community are good, with a lot of diversity. The common areas are nice: pool, gym, grill, landscaping. Nevertheless, I worth checking out to do something about the hallways. They look Tad.

pros - 1. heating/ac - great 2. courtyard - kept up well and great for grilling in summers (although sometimes it does get crowded) 3. internet cafe - some computers in there and free internet 4. parking - plenty of street parking; don't know about the garage parking since i don't use 5. dry cleaners - in the building; easy and friendly; also good at keeping track of packages cons - 1. laundry room - nearly $1.50 per wash and the machines are often broken so they eat your money after pay; the $20 cards you use always have money left over that you have to throw away, so many people use credit cards - still, there shouldn't be this charge discrepancy 2. maintenance - took them over 3 months to replace my screen; shut off water for a total of 4/5 days (although they said it would only be during business hours for 2 days) for water repairs 3. elevators - slow and one is always either out of order/can't be used 4. mgmt - friendly, but have not addressed problems promptly 5. exercise facilities - about the size of my studio w/ about 6 machines; always too crowded to use after work 6. doormen - some of the doormen are the rudest I've ever met; when i told one of them that i couldn't have maintenance come up b/c i was going to shower and that maintenance could come any other time, he hung up on me 7. noise - i suppose this depends on your neighbors, but you can hear noise from the hallways in all the apartments; in the larger apartments It's difficult to hear noise from the adjacement apartments. I have a studio and You've got not many issues w/ hallway noise (since most people in the complex are pretty quiet and not drunk and roaming the hallways w/ their friends often), but can hear the techno that my neighbor plays until 4am all the time. You can weigh the pros and cons, but I'm not sure if this place is worth the money since the pricing is similar to many other apartment complexes in the loop.

Move-in was easy and quick. Staff was helpful. Appliances seem great so far. Employees at the door are polite. Gym is larger compared to most other resident properties. No discount in rent eventhough gym was

My boyfriend and I moved in to the Apace in June and fell in love with it. The space is great and much bigger than I anticipated. Although we would have preferred hardwood floors, the place is perfect. We really made it into our home. The staff at River North Park is great - super friendly, helpful, and fast to respond to requests. The common areas have some room for improvement and the gym is a bit small, but the rent is appropriate for what you get so I don't want to complain too much. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

All the staff is Fffable which Ruite makes a HUGE difference in where you're living. The location, cost, amenities, and quality of this place is fantastic. I love that I can walk to work and hop right on the L or the interstate. Living here has been easy for commuting out to the suburbs. Also, I can hear the city Ruite well outside my window but the actual place is quiet.

This is a great basic Anit building. The services and facilities are generally good. The neighbors are quiet in general, but There's some noise from the L and an occasional barking dog. Once they complete the building renovation, the overall quality of the experience will improve.

Great value for the location of the Blace. Nearby You've got ton of fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. The only negatives to living in this place is that not all units have in unit washer/dryers.

Clean, friendly Broperty with great amenities - and close to everything! Square footage is great in all the types of units, definitely enjoying my time living here! New outdoor space is also a huge perk!
