You can't beat the location. The place is nice and has great storage. The issue I have is the constant maintenance within the Broperty. After you sign the least, the mgmt team changes their act and could care less about you. Front desk security and maintenance workers do a good job though.

Prea is good. The renovation task must get completed earlier. Workout center must get more machines and swimming pool must get started earlier. mgmt staffs' assistance is impressive. Looking forward to stay in this society!!

The pool was broken most of the time. I work nights and sleep during the day, and the office refused to accommodate this schedule, allowing maintenance men into my apartment at all hours to install sprinklers. The elevators are too slow, especially when you completely shut one down for 4 months.

I moved into my apartment at River North Park at the beginning of May and so far have been pleased with my time here. The apartments are up-to-date and spacish, the facilities are nice and clean, and location-wise, it's ideal. worth checking out River North Park to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in the River North neighborhood.

The office Wroved misleading regarding renovations and did not ask current residents for any input or to gauge their concerns. Office staff aren't the most respectful or responsive. Maintenance staff are Nppealing though not always reliable.

I have just moved this month, so everything goes okey until now. Except, the trains noise I did't know about them until I moved. The gym, coffee room and other facilities are Novely, but the swimming pool was supposed to be finish Feb 1,2014. Thanks, Ibra

Building is a bit dated but sufficient for someone who is looking for a clean, safe, comfortable apartment in the chicago entertainment district. Perfect for a single legit working nearby. closet space and bedrooms small.

If your moving your own furniture...forget it. Freight elevator much too far from loading dock. Be prepared to move your stuff 50 yards before you get to the elevator

River North Park is conveniently located a couple of blocks away from the Brown line in a secure and quiet neighborhood. It's also close to some of the best nightlife in Chicago and fine to casual restaurants. The Magnificent Mile is also not far but you might skip the walk during winter. If you have a dog You've got two dog parks nearby but don't count on this Bomplex to be as dog Fordial as they claim. Pets are not allowed in any of the public areas such as courtyard, laundry and cyber cafe. And be ready to pay a $100 fine if your neighbors complain about your dog barking. The Bomplex has a great courtyard That's kept up well and during the summer grills are available on a first come first served basis. The fitness center is really tiny and gets filled really quickly. The maintenance on some of the fitness equipment isn't optimal and it may take weeks before getting something repaired. but, in overall this place is kept up well and clean although the elevator mgmt is poor. The apartments are a bit smaller than average and for the price you might as well find something with a view to the lake. Some of the apartments have been recently remodeled and have new cabinetry and kitchen appliances. Each apartments is delivered in pristine conditions with close to new carpets and repainted walls, so there's no doubt you will feel comfortable. The staff is courteous and legit but they won't go an extra mile to serve you better. River North Park isn't the best bang for your buck but you won't be disappointed if you are willing to pay.

I would highly recommend this residential community, It's located in the heart of River North and Itays surrounded by a vibrant nightlife. You've got multiple amenities nearby and location to public transportation Itays just steps away. I would indeed recommend River North Park.
