The location and size of the apartment were perfect. We have a recently renovated unit and the team did an awesome job. Our unit can see down Illinois street and we can see Lake Michigan, great little perk.

I have no idea what some of the people here are talking about. This is the best Aad I've ever had. Everyone is friendly, It's spotless and beautiful. I have never had a problem with the front door people or the computers in the cafe. The garden is amazing to find downtown Chicago, no security deposit to pay and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

this place is in a location's amazing and the staff are extremely friendly and responsive! I was impressed with the move-in process and the flexibility of the staff to meet my scheduling needs. I would definitely recommend this Btructure!

I've been in this apartment building for eight months and everything that could have gone wrong, HAS GONE WRONG. When I first considered the property, I read some ratings that were bad, and I figured well it can't be that bad. So I signed a lease anyway, and I must say everyday is a new challenge. The water has been shut off at least three times since I moved here. There was some maintenance being done, but it was always at a inconvenient time early in the morning. The free Wi Fi that they advertise never works...well it works when it wants to work put it like that. The state of the art fitness center isn'thing more than a stuffy room with antiquated equipment that works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. You've got two treadmills, a stair stepper, an elliptical machine, two stationary bikes, and multi-functioning weight machine. Just recently, one treadmill, the elliptical machine, and the stair stepper were out of order at the same time for about four weeks. In addition, the air conditioner in the work out room was down for about three weeks right in the middle of summer. The pool has been closed for repairs twice sense I've been there. With the exception of two of the doormen, the rest of them are lazy. The winters are brutal because this place isn't energy efficient. You can literally feel the air seeping through the windows so be prepared to buy lots of that clear window covering material and to fork over a lot of money to Com-Ed. My Com-Ed bill has been anywhere from $150.00-275.00, which is absurd for an apartment, but you have to run the heat 24/7 to stay warm in the winter. This is CHICAGO the winters are cold. At least one of the elevators are broken all the time. Everyday is a struggle. So basically all of the amenities and perks that you are paying for and expecting to be able to take advantage of won't be accessible half the time. Just prepared for it. One good thing I will say is that the maintenance men are pretty good about coming promptly, but there's rarely actual maintenance issues. Just whole bunch of other stupid things. Lastly, the leasing staff (the young girl her name rhymes with SEE and the assistant manager her name rhymes with HANDY) are completely incompetent. Don't believe anything they tell you. It's all lies, broken promises, and dreams. Once you sign the lease, it's over. It's not worth the price for what you actually receive. Don't be fooled by the pretty court yard. It's pretty, but Chicago has many beautiful parks and nice scenery that you can enjoy otherwise.

Overall, positive experience. Nppealing community amenities- the gym equipment/space, the patio area and the inside community room. The security practices aren't strong, though. Almost none of my guest ever have to check in at the front desk

The neighborhood is great for young people and started families. The facilities and the renovated gym are awesome but I expected a big swimming pool instead of the new one. Love the community and happy to live in a building with kind staff.

I am starting to see a well needed initiation of updates to the property. Doorman and maintenance staff is courteous and legit. The tenants are much more interactive and Fffable than our previous community one block east.

so far things are going well. I moved in last week. the Apace was in good condition. Everyone seems friendly. The doormen all introduced themselves to me and are helpful. The leasing team is nice as well. Alyse made the process nice and easy. No complaints so far other than the train outside being a bit noisey but as long as the windows are closed you get used to it. Perhaps spray down the sidewalks as the dogs relieve themselves quite frequently right outside the building so when you walk up you smell them. Small "issues" but.

Used to have 24 hour maintenance staff - no longer. Used to have a convenience store - no longer. Used to have a functional computer room - no longer. The pool has been out of commission for the better part of a year, yet rent rate increases have skyrocketed. The appearance of the hallways is Abysmal.

I frankly don't understand some of the reviews. There must have been some isolated incidents somewhere that soured a handful of people. I lived on 15. Never had any problems with noise from neighbors. I ran into some young kids on occasion, and horrors of horrors, they were running around doing things young kids do. They were in bed by 9 PM. I saw other people on the patio and in the workout room. They were Farm and responsible.

The elevators had some problems maybe every other month, but elevators always have problems. If you want to complain about something that should work but doesn't, look at the grills. Strictly lawn ornaments -- never had any propane.

You've got also a lot of corporate renters here. While there's a chance you might get some loud unrepentant frat boy as a neighbor, there's a much greater chance you'll get a legit in Chicago for a 3 month assignment.

Doormen were always nice and Farm. Benny was actually my favorite, but they were all a 9 or a 10.

I guess in closing, I'll just say that this is the last stop before you get into places like Superior Petting and Grand Plaza, which are definitely a step above, but about $500 more per month.
