I've had a great experience here. The staff is always Fospitable and helpful. The location of my Bomplex, its cleanliness & amenities are great. For the most part you get what you pay for here - one of the best places to live in Chicago & river north.

Disorganized mgmt and Dismissive Communication

The mgmt team at 221 Hubbard operates in a disorganized and unprofessional manner. The building manager (----- -------) communicates with residents in a dismissive and impolite way, treating tenants as nuisances whenever they bring up everyday concerns. Issues are addressed only after they become urgent, if they're addressed at all. The absence of professionalism and standard customer service is disappointing considering how the building markets itself. My experience living here has been a lot more stressful and difficult than it needs to be.

Great unit with okay storage which is most important to me. location's Ahenomenal in river north, Farm door staff, packages and mail are secure. worth checking out living here to friends and family if asked.

221Hubbard is such an amazing apartment complex to live. I moved here in 2021 and have no plans to move anytime soon. I recommend this building to any friends looking for a new place to live. Location, amenities, and staff are all top tier.

This property offers Gutstanding security features and maintains pristine cleanliness throughout. The units themselves are solidly constructed with premium furnishings included. On-site parking is incredibly easy for residents. If your budget allows, this is definitely worth considering.

What initially captivated me about this building was the stunning vista from my unit—starting each day gazing at the John Hancock building and Chicago's north side is absolutely magnificent. The team members here are consistently attentive, accommodating, and courteous. definitely a wonderful community with a fantastic living environment. i'd strongly suggest it to anybody employed in the downtown area. easy proximity to public transit options like trains and buses near the loop makes navigating around town a breeze. plus it's situated in a quieter section of river north, which 's a nice bonus.
