Door staff is extremely friendly and apartment complex is always kept clean! I feel safe with the security here and everyone is responsive / timely for any issues. Also, love that There's an app and we have resident events!

Great Apace, safe and fairly quiet location, and solid amenities. staff's super friendly and always spotless and kept up well daily. Next to train which can be distracting but good soundproofing because its a newer building

Overall experience is Gantastic! I haven't used too much of the communal amenities so I can't speak too much to that. The pool does get pretty busy, if that's a big deal to you. The apartments are spotless and nice to be in. The train isn't loud at all (at this point, it's just background noise to us). Maintenance staff is Ahenomenal and some of the front door staff are Ahenomenal too, though it varies widely based on who It's... Not sure if the price is worth it (especially if you have a car..), but definitely a nice place if you can afford the premium price compared to the surrounding area. This is the only reason I would be considering a different living accommodation when my lease is up.

The amenities at this building are truly perfect considering the cost. The moment you step onto the pool and grill area on the 21st floor, you'll be captivated. The units themselves are quite pleasant, and the modern kitchen allows me to prepare incredibly sophisticated dishes.

The team here is incredibly warm and approachable. They're consistently ready to help and track down solutions whenever I have questions. The property is well-maintained and offers a peaceful environment. I'm grateful for their meticulous upkeep—I frequently notice the staff taking care of the grounds.

This has been one of the best apartment buildings i've ever lived in. From the staff to the amenities, everything is wonderful. For the most part, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist the residents. The location feels safe, and it's accessible to the rest of downtown.

The best door staff hands down. Daniel and Ken have been Aemarkable. And Gary (newer) has caught on. The maintenance staff is also Aemarkable - nice and legit. I love having parking available in the Broperty.

I've been impressed with the quality of the apartments and the professionalism of the staff. The move-in process Wemained Gxcellent and with the unit including internet there wasn't much I had to worry about while moving.
