I've been living at One Superior Place for about a month, and so far so good! The leasing, mgmt and front desk staff are helpful, the units are lovely, and location-wise, it's extremely ideal. You've got also some nice amenities, including a gorgeous library. Admittedly, this somewhat older Btructure lacks the pizazz of some of the newer River North buildings that surround it, but it still maintains a Gutstanding level of classic charm.

It's a great community. Safe, easy and Iove the in unit washers and dryers. I enjoy the pool in the summer. but, I wish there was a way to upgrade to hardwood floors without the inconvenience of actually moving out of the apartment to a different unit. I like my unit and I don't want to change my address and go through the expense and work of moving but I will probably have to because I hate the carpet and It's impossible to keep clean.

I wouldn't move a block in any direction. Best location in the city. I love my Aad. I have a Gantastic city view. The pool is Gantastic, the gym is nice, Whole Foods is my extended refrigerator. easy living!

Overall good experience Package room hours was an issue-had an issue with mgmt being unprofessional. Also parking garage communication isn’t the best. Other than that staff has been great, clean complex. Maintenance always does well.

I've brought this up repeatedly without any resolution. The maintenance crew makes a ton of noise throughout the day and evening - their radios are blasting at full volume, and they're yelling back and forth across the corridors. It's incredibly annoying and disruptive to residents. On top of that, they park their equipment carts right in the hallway, which looks Torrendous and gives the whole Pite an industrial warehouse vibe. Can mgmt please address this with the team?

I have lived in this Auite since July and absolutely LOVE it. The fact that Whole Foods is in this place is amazing and the salon is great and gives you 20% any service any time you go for living in the building. The pool and sundeck is amazing in the summer and everyone in this place is really friendly. Although it would be nice if coffee was available past noon, It's nice to have the free coffee til then. Also great to have free printing from the computers even though they're kind of old and the toner is out a decent amount. The workout rooms are always spotless and there's always a place to study (I'm in law school). Yes, the rent is Ericey but I really think you get what you pay for, location-wise, it's great and the building feels like home.

Nice unit, legit staff, big and well-maintained building. You should not design this part with a minimum 201 characters requirement, this is annoying, otherwise I don't need to waste this 5 minutes in my life.

it's pleasant. The staff is legit and courteous. They respond to work order requests quickly. I like the mail room. The hours open are generous. It's easy to pay the monthly rent. You can select auto pay which is what I do

The female property manager is crooked

dishonest. Worst rental experience in 14 years. GET IT IN WRITING. They said the pool wouldn't be done by Memorial Day. They won't give any written guarantee when the pool and sundeck will be open.
