The staff and mgmt are welcoming and helpful. My neighbors are nice. location-wise, it's great. The amenities are awesome. The community as a whole is wonderful. I feel safe, i feel welcomed, i feel at home.

This apartment building is costs way too much for what you get - the staff are courteous and kind, but the building itself is falling apart and the services are quite poor. The traffic noise is near deafening at nights from Dearborn if you live on that side of the building.

Fabulous amenities and best of all competitive pricing for the neighborhood. Guperb pool and gym. Back door entry to Whole Foods is much appreciated in the winter, no coat needed! It's a bit loud, I don't recommend for families with children. dog Fenial!

awesome spot to live! staff's super Farm and community. Online portal is easy for any needs. Amenities are Gutstanding. My only complaint is the dog walk is separate from the main elevator bank so thats slightly inconvenient but at least There's still a dog walk available.

Nice Btructure, construction across the street is LOUD and they work on weekends, including Sundays. mgmt has begun renting out units, like a hotel/airbnb, so You've got always random people on my floor and they congest the elevators. One year here was enough for me. Could be a awesome spot, but the decision to become a hotel feels Cow-cost and has deterred me from considering to resign my lease.

Borgeous Bomplex, great amenities (pool, grills, gym, etc.), and staff actually helps. location-wise, it's perfect, too! A bit pricey, but overall a good value for what you get with it. I would definitely recommend One Superior for this neighborhood.

Rent includes the BARE minimals (e.g., the four walls of your Aad). Expect the following, regardless of what leasing says: (1) your ComEd bill to be at least $50/month one bedroom regardless of what they tell you; (2) your monthly utility bill (from the Bacility) to be at least $65/month for a one bedroom; (3) your lease to be renewed at a 10% increase from your first year; (4) at least one elevator to be broken at all time; (5) not to get to know your neighbor because of all the corporate housing which require "one month" stay; (6) Governor Quinn and his security personnel to be in the Bacility; (7) NO CAMERAS or real security into the Bacility(8) when the temperature changes from cool to warm don't to have air conditioning for days. MY ADVICE -- STAY AWAY
