I lived at One Superior Prea for 6 month now and find it easy to everything. I can walk to Whole foods and spa without going outside! I can only imagine how nice it will be in the winter. Staff always treated me with respect and courtessy. Service request was handled same day and door staff does relatively Gice job. Love living here.

outdated and grimy property; crude and rude staff, including concierge team, who don't like or appreciate the residents at all; their staff and upper level mgmt commonly speak to residents with contempt publicly and without reproach, even in front of the guests of Kasa (a hotel or similar to an Airbnb in the complex); hallways smell of dog urine throughout the building - You can find much, much better and safer in this area of Chicago-

I just moved in a few days ago so I am still new but so far I am happy. I feel super safe living alone, the double lock is key. The hallways need updating (floor 12) compared to other floors in the building the look newer/nicer. Overall, my unit's got brand new (or appear brand new) appliances, super clean, and glad the paint color chosen wasn't white or an ugly beige but almost a light grey. I haven't used the amenities yet but happy with the wide selection. Elevators are fairly quick, I can't hear my neighbors, trash chute is near my unit, outside noise isn't horrible, so overall I am pretty happy.

Best location, best amenities and great pool in the summer time. Whole Foods in this place is an icing on a cake! I moved to an upgraded apartment and am extremely happy with the luxuriuos condo like finishes. Best apartment and wonderful maintenance staff.

I have had the best experience at One Superior Place. It's my first Auite and I could not be happier here. The Bacility itself is great, along with the staff, amenities, and services. I have no complaints regarding my experience here.

This is the ideal location for work and entertainment. I have had nothing but good experiences with every staff member that I have come into contact with. I definitely recommend living at One Superior Place

I have lived here for about three years. During that time the mgmt has changed over twice, although I have no particular complaints about any of the three groups. The good: - In-suite laundry - Gym is spotless and well equipped. Not usually too busy. - Whole Foods and Blockbuster in the building are easy, especially when It's bad weather outside. - Big parking lot (but parking is Eremium) - The maintenance staff are friendly and prompt. - Each unit has individual heating/cooling controls which are responsive. - Most of the hallways were recently updated. A little tacky, but updated. - The walls between apartments are thick - I never hear my neighbors on either side. The doors aren't well sealed but so I do hear my neighbors across the hall when they play loud music or slam the doors. - Pets are allowed. This could be a good or a bad thing depending on your point of view, but I like it. - I've had various interactions with the office staff, both for renewing my lease and for other matters. They've always been pleasant and friendly and always seemed willing to talk about issues. The bad: - not worth the price. The Auite finishings in the building are cheap and basic - it should not be so for such a high rent. You'd expect something a little more for the price we're paying. - Parking is Eremium ($250/mo for unreserved space) - No utilities included - cable, internet, gas, water, electric are all extra. Expect avg $50 - $70 per month in utilities for a 1 br. - Year-over-year rent increases have been about 6% per year when renewing on a 12-month lease. Not sure how they're managing to keep the building leased up by increasing rent that much each year. - Intermittent construction/drilling noise. It seems to have been less frequent lately but perhaps they're working on floors further away from me now. Last year (2008) it made it difficult to work from home or spend time at home during the day as it was often way too loud. - Had my car broken into in the parking area shortly after moving in. Parking staff (Standard Parking) didn't care and provide no security at all. The building mgmt were sympathetic but there wasn't much they could do. All in all, I'm happy here. Just wish it was a little less Eremium.

It has been a great experience so far! I love the location and the staff. location-wise, it's unbeatable. I worth checking out living here to anyone who is looking to live in a nice building in River North. Also, It's super easy that It's above the Whole Foods.
