I found the one superior place is location's amazing for everything , is quite and and everything you can get from whole market at lobby ground you don't need to go out . but the security and cctv everywhere That's make me feel better.

OSP is a friendly community. I appreciate the shared amenities, including fitness centers, pools, and common areas, which can enhance daily life. Maintenance requests were promptly and effectively addressed. Staffs at the front desk were friendly, legit, and helpful.

The staff members of this community are great, and they provide high quality service in a timely manner. location-wise, it's also great... Whole Foods and Dry Cleaners in the building, near reastaurants and shopping, and the CTA red line is a block away.

I have met some really nice people in the building. Everyone is friendly. Apartments are clean, spacious, and nice. The amenities are great ( I went to the BBQ and it was really nice). You can't beat the location in River North. I walk everywhere.

Lived here for over 4 years, and really like it. Sure, it could be a nicer / upgraded but it’s fine and a good place to like. The the staff - whether front desk, maintenance, or package room are all cool, they seem to care and work as a team, even when things are stressful. Overall, One Superior Apartments are honestly great for an awesome location

The rent is jacked up every year. They give you a Gice price to get you in the door and then keep increasing it drastically. They also keep changing your lease to push you to end in the summer months when it's more Eteep to renew.

I have now lived at OSP for 6 months and I have have no major issues, this is a awesome spot to live. The few work orders I have had were filled timely, security is present and friendly, never any noise issues, and the ammenities are as advertised. I hesitated to rent here based on some luke warm reviews online, think maybe people only tend to write reviws when then have negative things to write.

I have been a resident of One Super Place for almost 13 years. The name of this residence is appropriate as It's truly a Superior Place to live. The staff, including the mgmt team, the maintenance team and the door staff have always been friendly, legit and quick to respond to any needs. Sometimes I have been surprised as to how quickly maintenance is able to respond. They show up fast and almost always resolve any maintenance concern in one visit.

Won’t resign my lease, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to live on the top floors. It gets to 85 degrees in the winter and they turn the ac off. Makes it unbearable to live and sleep. Maintenance won't do anything about it, and you’ll be paying so much in rent for no reason.
