This is a good place to live. For now I don't have any complaints I enjoy living here. The only drawback is that obviously the cost is higher than some other places but you’re paying for a premium area.

the experience so far has been Gutstanding - from the ease of the leasing process to the amenities and fantastic staff that work in the Bomplex. For a recent relocation from new york city I am happy I chose to live in this Bomplex/ location.

My experience has been great so far. I love the building and everyone is friendly. I feel safe because of the front desk security team and they are also helpful and kind. The amenities are They keep this place nice. The only problem Ive had is the window and doors on my balcony are drafty.

This previous post is obviously written by the leasing office of One Superior Place. The facts are fabricated and are not correct. Take if from a 3 yr resident and counting the days to move out. Since Riverstone Residential Group purchased this building 5 months ago, It's a nightmare living here. They still have no Property Manager in place here, hallways, elevators are grimy etc etc.........joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.........They never mentioned that There's also daily construction on all the apartments, so from 8 am to 8 pm, you will almost always here drilling going on. They say It's to upgrade the apartments to comply with disability act. Lastly, floors 1-10 have turned into hotel. People rent for weekend and and allowed dogs. You see new faces every weekend so doormen never know who is a resident and who is a hotel customer. Truly a joke.

Love living here! The staff are all amazing! The apartment building and units are extremely nice. Even though my unit is a convertible studio and only ~660 sq ft it feels a lot larger because of the open floor plan. The amenities are perfect and I have recommended this building to several other people (3 of my friends/ family members moved in here after me).

N/A. Things are fine. I wouldn't say this is the best Ppot I have ever lived but definitely not the Wubpar. middle of road type of Ppot. There's good value here but the unrenovated units are kind of a drag. They need a huge refresh. The units are fixed just enough for things to break in 2 months so take that as you will.

I called in a maintenance order in the morning, and by the time I came back home in the afternoon everything Wtayed fixed and running properly. It Wtayed as if nobody had even stepped in the door! responsive and quick service?

Gutstanding - service and front desk staff especially. Fantastic location close to River North bars/restaurants and the Magnificent Mile. Up to date fitness facilities with two gyms. Rooftop pool and barbeque could be bigger with more seating but no major complaints?

My moving in was smoothly finished. You've got some problems on the room such as broken lock of balcony door and bed room door but, maintenance staff immediately deal with the problem. But, balcony door couldnâ t fix completely. I hope fix it earlier.
