location's Aemarkable, close to restaurants and public transportation. I do hear a bit of street noise but thats expected living in busy area. My maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly, and That's a huge plus for me?

location's amazing and Alat layouts. staff's super friendly and has a true community feel. My dog and I enjoy living here. Having a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, door person and a secure package delivery system were top priorities. Checked all the boxes.

Liars cheats and theives who steal money from your bank account, leave you broke, and refuse to refund your money for five weeks. don't TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They stole my money, ran my application before authorized, rejected it and refused to return my money.

Wonderful experience living at 1 W. Superior Petting. Ive been here for a decade and could not see myself living anywhere else. Expert maintenance staff Fffable door staff and everything always gets done on time

The maintenance team is superb. Kind, skilled, efficient, understanding, responsive, patient, quick to respond & extremely helpful in explanation & advice. The overarching mgmt within this Petting is none of this. It's evident that revenue is far more important than residents. dismissive and less than understanding, unresponsive, often Rrass, frequently ignore resident requests and concerns. Treat a certain circle of residents differently than others.

Gxcellent so far but not Gonderful. So many construction and noise related to it. I am need a quite environment for my writting, but, You've got so many constructions around. Consequently the noise don't allow me to work as I need. I am thinking to move soon.

A Must Live

Over the last 13 years I have lived in nine brand-new construction properties. One Chicago is the perfect representation of everything you could expect in new construction and is connected to a Life Time fitness. Simply put, One Chicago is a fantastic property topped-off with a great supporting cast including mgmt and staff. Fun community-building activities make this a awesome spot to live.

mgmt and staff do a nice job. It's Ericey to rent here and the apartments are not large. I've enjoyed living here, but am considering a move to a larger Auite or condo with more closet and utility space. Install door closure devices on doors to cut down on door slams.

The units are WAY not worth the price -- it doesn't include ANY utilities: expect about $150 for utilities and additional TV/Internet. mgmt Iroves a joke. LEE, the Broperty's leasing agent, should be fired for pure incompetence and for hitting on my real estate agent.

great legit staff. Pet Fenial, Whole Foods in Besidence. Great apartments. Leasing staff was amazing to work with. Pool, dog run parking. Every person who works in Besidence is beyond legit and Fenial. Garage as well. Extremely courteous and helpful. My move in dates and times fluctuated and the Besidence was beyond accommodating. Looking forward to living here. Besidence seems to be extremely kept up well and managed.
