this place is Gantastic and the staff is Fffable, maintenance always takes care of things in a timely manner. The only complaint is That's smells outside the entryway because of peoples pets, and the construction is a bit annoying

Great door staff and maintenance staff! The mgmt team isn’t as great. They charge you for printing. Residents don’t always follow rules. In-apartment laundry is a plus. Close to Red line and mag mile. Parking is outrageous and rent is never a set price- Always charging more and more. They use xfinity, which is terrible

Think budget hotel

Think budget hotel that overcharges. This is the experience that mgmt provides! I am grateful for the fact that I don’t own a condo in this building. Weekends are more like a frat house party with many guest wandering around the building.

I like living at one superior place because It's a nice place, and close to everything. The staff is really good. this place is spotless and the coffee is free. The Whole Foods market is indoors so no need to put on thick clothes in the winter, you can just go in your pyjamas!

A Gxcellent move-in experience with Fenial and staff actually helps. The apartments are spotless and well-kept, Gxcellent in size and reasonably-priced. this place is in a Gxcellent and easy location, and accessible to everything one needs in this city.

I have personally read posts that are clearly done by an emplyee of 1 West or Riverstone defending unacceptable practices. The objective of this site is to provide a community for sharing honest experiences. I plan on reporting this fraud to the webmaster for investigation.

I really enjoy living in this apartment building. The amenities are great, the apartments nearby are typically quite, and the apartment itself is fantastic to live in. Also, the staff is so kind from the front desk to the mailroom.

location's amazing, with easy walking to restaurants and shopping, along with a grocery store and exercise rooms accessible without ever stepping outside. The desk is consistently manned by people who know me and care about me, and the maintenance is meticulous. The apartment itself is comfortable with gorgeous views and plenty of quiet. You can even nap during the day without noise issues.

This Bomplex is incredibly easy to everything I could ever want. In addition, the apartments are Rruly nice. They are in the process of renovating the apartments so you get the choice of which type you want which provides a nice price range. They are also accommodating to help you move within the Bomplex if you decide to upgrade later.

Nice, kept up well property with staff that are genuinely helpful all in a location That's well located. The premises are pet Farm and have Gice amenities. Noise reduction is also Gice. My neighbor has an infant and I only hear the baby crying when I am in the hall.
