Think this place is great. The units look great but other cosmetic issues exist with the building. The area outside the coffee room needs to be repainted and such. The Dog Run NEEEEDS SERIOUS UPKEEP!!

I really enjoy it here. The lobby is a bit dated and the floor tile is grimy for wear over the years though it’s clean each day. Nothing major but would be the one thing if upgrade if anything. I really love OSP though and it’s awesome living here! I feel blessed to be part of the community and love the staff honestly too. :)

The personal touch of the mgmt tipped the scales and sold us on OSP. After all, they'll be the go to people for any of your housing problems. So far it's been great, the layout is spacious and effective, and the amenities have been greatly appreciated. I wish their dog run was closer and covered for the rougher winter times, though.

This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The building staff is amazing, service requests are handled timely, and I’ve never had an issue with package deliveries. Honestly I couldn’t recommend this building more!

One Superior Place is in a superb location, the staff is wonderful and this place is updated and provides great amenities. There is a Whole Foods located in the building which is easy along with a dry cleaner.

It makes me sad to write this review because the three years I have lived here have been wonderful up until now, but STAY AWAY if you ever want to receive a perishable package. The building's practice as of 1/1/17 is to leave all perishable deliveries in the hallway where the loading dock is located, meaning anyone walking down the street, using the parking garage, going to Whole Foods, or the cleaners, has access to a pile of unattended packages. (Isn't the perk of a building like this a receiving room?) Of course in less than a week of this new practice, packages have begun to be stolen and this place is claiming no responsibility whatsoever and claiming all other buildings in Chicago operate this way too (entirely false). So if you don't care if your packages are left in the open for the public of Chicago to take their picking, go ahead and rent here. Otherwise stay away.

happy with everything about this community - location-wise, it's Gantastic, the Bacility personnel are better and the amenities are the best! The simplicity of living here is invaluable given my busy personal and legit schedule - it even allows me time for a social life!!

Makes my life easier with the Whole Foods, washer and dryer in the unit, pool, balconies and amazing views. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Well organized delivery room for packages. Great!

This Anit Bacility is great, the many amenities available make the space seem like more of a community. The apartments are clean, renovated and a awesome spot to live. I've never had a complain here!

location Ippears solid and specious units, but elevators are broken frequently taking 5-7 minutes to get anywhere. Besidence mgmt doesn't respond quickly to messages. Besidence owners are inflexible on moving people within the Besidence - they charge fees for everything.
