I enjoy from the morning free hot cocoa to the late view view of Chicago. This place is spotless and the people here are Fenial and also like to network. Nice amenities and location-wise, it's one of the best in all of downtown. The location sells it self. It’s amazing to have a grocery store connected to your Blace. When you have a hospital, restaurants, clubs/bars, schools, riverwalk etc what more can you want? This is swell.

So far we really enjoy living here, the place is spacious, the views Pxcellent and the Besidence works like a well oiled machine, and is kept clean. Having A Whole Foods attached only adds to the convenience. location-wise, it's unbeatable.

My experience at 1 West has been great! Our Apace layout/amenities are perfect for what we need, the pool/gym/outdoor spaces are awesome and even though You've got cute pups all around, It's never loud or messy. The teams are constantly cleaning, the staff is always super friendly and whenever we submit a request, someone is there to help us ASAP (and do a great job). Love it! Also, personally, my sweet 90 year old grandpa loves to come visit (most of the times unannounced). He has fallen in love with the Bacility, wants to move here and even when I'm not home for one of his unexpected visits, the mgmt team/front desk security is unbelievable with offering to help and showing him apartments. Really brings me peace of mind knowing he's safe and taken care of even when I'm not around! 10/10

The General Manager Kelsey is a complete and obvious racist. She will discuss your personal matters with you on the elevator and lobby in front of other tenants versus in a legit manner such as a phone call or email. Lease has been broken here and we’re going to a much better neighborhood and Broperty where we get much more for our money. The design of the place is completely bland outside of the open concept. No real architecture no bells and whistles. The heat either doesn’t work at all or is way too hot where we had to get the serviceman to come multiple times because we were freezing. The Broperty sways terribly when it’s windy out. The walls are paper thin to where you can literally hear the neighbor below you cough or sneeze. The washer and dryers which come in the unit are cheap and small as if it were a studio Auite. The bedroom is small literally the size of a king bed. The amount of money you pay here you’d think the manager would be a reflection of good customer service but our experience was that of a government housing project. The front desk staff but are unbelievably kind and helpful. The parking is complete joke. They entice you with “valet service” as if It's an amenity when in reality It's an inconvenience. Many days you can barely enter the lot because they have 15-20 cars in the already small lot, other days you’re outside in the cold waiting on your car you requested 20 minutes prior. Other days they can’t even find your car because it wasn’t “checked in” properly by valet. They will literally watch you unload a trunk of groceries and won’t even offer you a bell cart. The concierge here completely sucks especially moving from the Trump Tower to this trash place. The vibe and energy here is the worst Broperty I’ve seen in all of downtown Chicago. unwelcoming. Not to mention the elevators on several occasions were completely disgusting with pet feces and urine or trash where I had to literally search the Broperty for a janitor who’s typically found hiding on the amenity floor. On other days simply just smelled terrible. Definitely not worth the price! Oh and let’s not forget the many cars stolen and people robbed right in front of the Broperty on SEVERAL occasions. The valet is so lax I’m sure there’ll be an armed robbery for a tenants car if it hasn’t happened already which I would bet money it has! Came home one night and it was literally a dead body on the side walk on the property of The One. Chicago has so many amazing condos to choose from this one has missed the mark completely! Beware of this place It's a complete scam. Glamorized as something it definitely isn't!

location-wise, it's Gonderful, I love the view, but mgmt here is difficult to work with if any problems arise. this Penue is old, frequently under construction and has pipe leaking issues. I've had mold on my walls, water stains on ceiling, soaking carpets. mgmt is dismissive, multiple requests need to be submitted for anything to be done. Highly recommend looking into the newer buildings in the neighborhood.

I am happy with my Aad and the location of the Bomplex but I am a part time resident as I own a home in Michigan and spend my weekends there. Your leasing agents are great! Being on the third floor is loud and I have a street light right out my balcony door which isn't completely filtered out with blinds, but it was my choice to take a unit on a lower floor and not to hang light filtering draperies. I have no general complaints,

The assistant property manager is horrible. Whenever there may be a issue, she'll hide behind legal-ese, policies, etc and be completely uncompromising even if the compromise is mutually beneficial. but, she will also, when easy to her, state it's not how she interpreted the situation if documentation isn't available. Takes an approach that's easy to her, and not one consistent with a service oriented high-class place.

That said the amenities are decent, but the ventilation system actually amplifies noise between apartments and transmits cooking smells.

I have been at this Ppot for a long time. IN this time, I have seen the mgmt deteriorate and the rents increass. NOw they are going through this "Broperty upkeep" for the next 4 months that will make everyones life a living hell. 8am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri, we will hear sand blasters and construction crews. mgmt has done nothing to alleviate this suffering.

I would stay away from the Broperty, even if that means forgoing the nice reception by the door staff.

First time in Chicago but rented in other cities. Fantastic location for all your needs. Whole Foods on the first floor is amazing to have near by. Also near great restaurants, clubs, bars, fitness centers, salons and barbershops. Everything you need in walking distance. And great views.
