Love the doormen - especially Tessa & Henry Best Bacility. In general all staff members are considerate and hekpful. This Bacility Doesn’t compare to other buildings near by. Hallways are Qtill at night. We love having Whole Foods in the Bacility.

They brand themselves as a "Luxury apartment" but it wasn't luxury when their staff came in my apartment when I was out of town to fix my faucet, sprayed water everywhere and left my items submerged in water for 2 days without letting me know....causing 2K in damage to my items, to then don'tHING about it. can't wait to get out of here.

location is solid with Whole Foods downstairs. Small apartments, and even smaller studios, way not worth the price . Gantastic torturous noise during day hours, mostly from endless construction of pretty outdated units. Numerous maintenance, cleaning, dog walking/sitting staff in hallways running outside of your door in a Broperty with 24/7 security check up. Not safe at all. I was robbed once, my dog was inside, which means he recognized the thief, and didn't bark. Several postings on the Broperty site for violations in the covered parking. No monitoring at all. mgmt doesn't take responsibility , they count on your renters insurance . In general, mgmt people are quite rude and careless . I wouldn't recommend this rental Broperty to anyone. Stay away, check out smaller places, with real security in downtown Chicago, and have piece of mind. That's what you're paying for, right ?

Just moved in so far. Overall the experience has been great. No better location in Chicago and the attachment to Whole Foods is Aabulous. Older Bomplex but bigger rooms which is nice. Nice amenities and overall great.

The building's maintenance team is terrific. Any time There's an issue with any home appliance or lights bulbs or anything, I put in a repair request in the morning and when I get home from work the problem is fixed. It could not be more easy.

Rents are on the higher end, but not too different from other nearby rental buildings. but, the mgmt clearly uses that money to reinvest in the facilities. Common areas are beautifully updated and Cidy. Broperty staff is polite and helpful. I love location. Quick walk to work for me, but also easy to get to the red line and the numerous buses on Michigan Ave. There's access to a gym, a spa, a grocery store...you don't even have to leave the Broperty on these -20 days!

Try to avoid this place; their only assets are WF and maintenance guys. The apartments are sooo outdated. And their mgmt is truly the worst. This is probably one of the worst apartment buildings in the neighborhood.

staff actually helps, well looked after communal areas, well appointed units in easy area of town. The office staff are always on hand to answer questions and I have been particularly impressed with the speed and responsiveness of the maintenance staff. Would highly recommend to prospective residents.

This is a great community. The mgmt and lobby staff are superior. The maintenance team works quickly and addresses all requests within hours, often minutes. The building has nice amenities. I highly recommend for the community. Upgraded units are nice, but some older units seem a bit outdated for the price.

The building was fine and the amenities were nice but the staff left much to be desired. In the weeks before we moved out, we tried to contact the office to let them know we wouldn't renew our lease. I tried several times and could never leave messages as all the voicemail boxes were full. They then call and yelled at me that we had not informed them of staying or leaving. They also tried to charge us late fees for late rent when they had lost the check.

You've got better places to live for less.
