It's great. We moved in about 9 months ago and we have had no issues yet. Every time we have a maintenance request, it is fixed within 24 hours. The staff is very friendly and is always throwing some event that you actually want to go to. I have referred a few friends to the building as well.

Chestnut Tower is a terrific place to live! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and the location can't be beat! The gym, business center and packages are available 24/7 and having a doorman makes me feel very safe.

Great building in a perfect location. Management is responsive (maintenance issues dealt with same day) and always making improvements to the amenities / common areas. The gym is small but well-equipped, and there is a dry cleaner onsite. No pool, but the roof deck makes up for it with nice seating and an amazing view of the city.
