Having moved in quite recently we haven't experienced too much of the community. We especially like the doormen - they are all extremely kind and helpful. We are also excited to participate in the next resident event advertised in the elevator.

Chestnut Tower is a great community! The building is well maintained by a friendly, professional staff. The apartments are well appointed with great finishes and appliances. The dog park is clean and a great amenity to have in the middle of the city.

Management is very professional and friendly. Regular social events are held, giving one a chance to meet others in the community. The amenities ( especially the gym and business center) are great and well maintained. It's a great place to live.

The move-in process was top-notch! Every employee (rental staff, maintenance, door men, management) was extremely helpful and more than willing to help. I've lived in 6 different places in Chicago and I've never experienced this great of service!

This is one of the nicest buildings I've ever lived at in Chicago. Quiet street, yet really close to the CTA. The staff is awesome and the apartment units are top notch. Love the location and the amenities. I highly recommend living here at Chestnut Towers.

Just moved in. Building maintenance and management has been responsive and unfailingly friendly and helpful. There seems to be a sense of community and commitment to a well run building and with so many options in downtown Chicago, I really appreciate that sense of ownership.

Recent move-in experience was very efficient. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment was in great condition when I moved in and anything I've asked to be fixed has been taken care of in a very timely manner. My initial experience has been very positive.

Truly professional management team and staff. Everything is well maintained and works. Centrally located in the city, noise free, amazing facilities...all that's missing is a small dip pool and sauna or steam. Very satisfied resident.

Love it here. Staff is so friendly and wonderful. Living here was a great choice and wish I found the building sooner. Can't say enough good things about the building and the staff. Requests are completed quickly and the building feels like home!!
