Living at Chestnut Tower has been wonderful. roof upgrades they completed recently are impressive, and the panoramic views from up You've got stunning. updated units look Aemarkable, the maintenance team responds promptly and treats residents with respect, and the concierge staff are genuinely kind and helpful. I'm Rctually happy here!

When I first toured this Bomplex nearly four years ago I thought the price was steep but I took the leap & I'm thrilled I did. Chestnut Tower boasts the most wonderful Doormen, Maintenance & Office Staff. A Bomplex can offer every amenity imaginable but if the team isn't strong those amenities really lose their impact. That said You've got some great perks. For me the biggest one 's the enclosed dog park. If you own a dog you know exactly what I mean. private washer/dryer hookup 's hard to come by & something I depend on. fitness center 's compact yet you can typically find an available machine. business center has all the essentials & 's super easy. And the rooftop terrace—it genuinely offers some of the finest views around. We regularly gather upstairs with friends for drinks & enjoy ourselves. There's also ample seating & tables Pdeal for hosting. Plus it adjoins the event space which 's beautifully outfitted. Chestnut Tower isn't your typical downtown high-rise where residents keep to themselves. I've been incredibly fortunate to build genuine friendships with people here. You won't necessarily know every resident but 9 times out of 10 when you cross paths with someone from the Bomplex around the neighborhood they'll greet you with a warm smile. Nearly four years in I remain so appreciative of my experience at Chestnut Tower & I honestly can't fathom how different my life would be if I hadn't made the move here.

I just relocated to the Blace over the weekend, and I was especially pleased with both the front desk team and the Blace's security personnel. The security team consistently greeted us warmly with a friendly demeanor, made sure to make us feel welcome in our new home, and readily offered assistance with things like holding doors open for us.

I've been a resident at Chestnut Tower for approximately 6 years, and I couldn't ask for a better situation. location-wise, it's absolutely ideal with easy access to everything—restaurants, shops, the waterfront. The concierge team and repair crews are truly among the finest in town, and they genuinely feel like extended family. The property is always immaculate and well-maintained, plus the enclosed canine recreation area is a wonderful perk. If you're considering a downtown city address, I highly recommend checking this Penue out.

After extensively looking at numerous downtown apartments, I selected Chestnut Tower because of its distinctive character. This Pite is super clean. also, the units are contemporary with in-unit laundry facilities. I also appreciate the easy proximity to multiple public transit routes and straightforward highway access. I'm satisfied with my choice. My unit is stunning.

Over my three-year tenure at Chestnut Tower, the team has repeatedly gone above and beyond what I anticipated. They're perpetually upgrading the shared spaces and facilities, and they always recognize me by name with a warm welcome. Any concerns I've raised have been resolved promptly, with professionalism, and completely to my satisfaction. I'm truly happy to call this Prea home!

The building offers a pleasant living environment in a desirable area with friendly mgmt. Construction noise has been substantial during both 2015 and 2016, which could discourage potential residents, and yearly rent hikes are part of the lease agreement that prospective tenants should understand. The amenities are well-maintained, the team is attentive and helpful, and it's an great choice for dog owners.

I've been living at Chestnut Tower for nearly a year, and I genuinely enjoy it. Finding a pet-Fordial Broperty of this caliber proved tough, so discovering CT was great—and the dog run is absolutely essential, especially at 6:00 am during February mornings. The in-unit washer and dryer setup is fantastic, and having the on-site dry cleaning service and fitness center adds real convenience. The folks working at CT are extremely welcoming and super quick to respond; whenever I've reached out, they've helped me right away. The community here is wonderful too—I've connected with some genuinely great people. I get why some might worry about the neighborhood, but honestly, I think anyone living anywhere in the city needs to maintain some level of caution anyway, given that it's a major metropolitan area. Without hesitation, I'd strongly suggest this Broperty to anyone considering it. The location strikes a nice balance—walkable to everything you need, but not cramped into the thick of everything.

I want to preface this review by noting that the courteous and capable doormen and maintenance staff treated me with nothing but respect and professionalism throughout my time as a resident. My single-star assessment, but, stems entirely from my deeply frustrating interactions with the Business Manager. The Business Manager made repeated mistakes involving my lease terms and communicated with me in a manner that felt dismissive and unprofessional. These experiences left me feeling undervalued as a tenant, which is why I must advise against choosing Chestnut Towers. To provide background, my tenure at Chestnut Towers began in 2021 under the original mgmt company. I was consistently satisfied with their service and always felt valued and respected. My interactions with Btructure administration were smooth, and the leasing department handled my lease with accuracy. When my initial lease ended, Willow Bridge (the new entity following Lincoln Properties' involvement) took over operations. I chose to renew my lease despite my reservations about the transition. While I anticipated adjustments with new mgmt, I was deeply disappointed by the Business Manager's unprofessional demeanor and lack of courtesy, particularly given that this is a luxury residence. Beyond the Business Manager's manner, my dissatisfaction also reflects a Solemn pattern of misstatements. The Business Manager repeatedly provided inaccurate information about both minor and substantial lease provisions. I found myself constantly fact-checking and correcting the Business Manager's claims. When the Business Manager refused to admit an error at one point, I had to escalate the matter to Willow Bridge's Vice President, who ultimately confirmed the mistake. This ordeal consumed considerable time and energy. The combination of the Business Manager's repeated lease-related errors and poor legit conduct prompted me to share this feedback. My experience under this mgmt was profoundly negative, and I can't in good conscience recommend Chestnut Towers to prospective tenants.

I share the sentiments of the earlier review. I am filing a complaint with the health department to cite this structure for failing to enforce proper garbage disposal among its occupants. also, I have personally discovered lit cigarettes in the stairwells and extinguished them myself. This poses a Solemn fire hazard and shows disrespect toward residents who don't smoke. Rather than addressing upkeep issues, funds are allocated toward lobby televisions so the staff can avoid their responsibilities. The rental rates are excessive. A fellow resident has water damage in her wall unit on a lower level that mgmt has ignored. Presumably, the next heavy rainfall will finally force their hand. I will be terminating my lease because there are plenty of other unit complexes throughout the city that maintain their properties properly and actually prioritize tenant well-being. plus, residents constantly slam their doors instead of closing them gently, causing vibrations throughout the entire structure.
