Chestnut Tower is a wonderful place to call home in an great neighborhood. The staff at the front desk are consistently courteous and have even memorized my name. It's conveniently located near 3 subway stations and has tons of great dining options within walking distance. The rooftop offers spectacular views. I've been a resident for 1.5 years and really enjoy it. Throughout the year, mgmt organizes various activities for tenants like wine tastings and cooking workshops. If you're a pet owner, the on-site dog run is incredibly handy. I'm puzzled by complaints some residents make about noise from adjacent units. In my time here, I've barely noticed any sound from neighbors—maybe once or twice—and only then if everything was perfectly quiet.

Chestnut Tower continues to impress me with everything it has to offer! The courteous team members and warm neighbors create an atmosphere that truly feels like coming home whenever I enter the Broperty. The neighborhood is unbeatable too—you've got Etraightforward walking access to parks, the waterfront, dining options, shops, and countless other amenities right nearby.

I've lived at Chestnut Tower for 4 years, and have been nothing but pleased with the building and its staff. When I first moved in, I had a roommate and we had a great floor plan - our rooms were on opposite sides of the unit so we had a lot of privacy. A couple years later we both wanted to live by ourselves, so we both moved into a 1 bedroom unit in the building. It worked out perfectly. While the 1 bedroom took some adjusting in terms of size, it really has everything you need. And the building itself has continued to make improvements. The gym is gorgeous, the rooftop is great in the summer, and the office is easy. The dry cleaners downstairs is another great perk. This is a awesome spot to call "home" - highly recommended.

The shared spaces are immaculate, have a pleasant aroma, and feature upscale furnishings. The rooftop in particular is perfect. I genuinely enjoy residing here.

The office staff could stand to be more accommodating, though they generally do show they care about the building. The dog park has made a huge difference in terms of how clean it stays.

This building is newly renovated, clean, and in a great area--easy to everything, but on a quiet corner. The amenities are kept up well and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. It feels like a small building, which I enjoy, and the staff is extremely helpful

The leadership continuously invests in making the residence feel current and vibrant, having recently upgraded the corridors, entryway, and workout area. With each lease renewal, I've received improvements to my unit including feature wall paint, upgraded cabinets, and renovated bathroom fixtures.
