We encountered a minor plumbing concern just a couple of days before moving in (no one was responsible). The mgmt staff and lead engineer handled it wonderfully. They arranged for a contractor to fixing the ceiling and restore the floors in just 2 days, and everything was pristine when we arrived for our move! The managers and lead engineer are incredibly attentive and quick to respond. They made us feel genuinely appreciated. We've been here for about two weeks now and have noticed lots of community gatherings that are welcoming without being pushy. My boyfriend and I believe we're going to Rctually enjoy residing here.

The Fisher Building community is friendly, funny, and well-populated by dogs! Going downstairs is always a positive social event, and I feel that the staff take residents' needs into consideration. Lisa in particular brings an incredible energy and is always thinking of the community she can help foster.

Front desk staff is wonderful, responsiveness by maintenance is great as well. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Location is prime--can't be beat, quick access to many major CTA lines and bus routes.

Fisher City Club Apartments are a great, central location if you are thinking of living downtown. It is easily accessible by all major rail lines which is convenient for getting around the city. The views from the windows in each apartment are stunning and receive great light. And the front desk attendants are all super friendly and personable.

This was the worst 3 months in Chicago. The 7-11 is literally the most unsavory in the downtown area. There are plenty of pot smoking kids at the bar on the first floor. You will be hit up for food and money every time you leave the building. Some folks smoke so much inside the apartments it gets in the building. Other people run their dog in the hallway. Do not move here.

The people living and working in this building could not be kinder. However, make sure you research all aspects of the Fisher building, like the L-stop that is attached, the fire station siren proximity, and most importantly check if you have a direct view of the nearby prison.

The leasing office staffs, security members, maintenance staffs, and others are so nice and really helpful during my move-in process that they gave me helps while I was struggling with some issues regarding of the apartment room. I would like to sincerely appreciate to them for providing endless help toward me.

I love my apartment so far! I only moved in a month ago but already loving the staff, the apartment, the community, and especially the security considering all things Chicago, which was one of my bigger concerns.

I have lived here for almost 10 years and I really enjoy it! From being within walking distance of public transportation as well as many fine establishments, the Fisher Bldg is situated perfectly in the city and is truly located in the heart of it all!

I've been really happy at the Fisher Building so far! The location is fantastic. The size of our unit is very generous, and the staff has been great to work with. I love the look and feel of our new home.
