I contacted Bonita Apartments regarding a one bedroom listing that they had posted on Apartments.com. The lady who answered the phone was extremely Riscourteous and said they only have a studio available. I should have known better when seeing only pictures of the outside on the website.

Bed Bugs.

This place is full of bed bugs. I noticed some odd bugs in my flat and then I saw mattresses being tossed left and right. I asked around and at least 5 of them said they had bed bugs. This along with the roaches isn't good. The owner needs to have everyone leave the Bacility then tent it and fumigate. It's a shame as the flats are OK but bed bugs? You'll never get rid of them now. I am planning to move next month but I have to have a plan to avoid taking the bed bugs with me

This dam Blace it the worse Blace I ever lived in ever I mean you gout bedbugs,roaches,mice, door knob come off my front door, walls not painted, the place was bad when I moved in it and still look the same know and the same when Harriet showed it to me. She showed me a nice one first. The turned around and gave me the sloppiest one it was in the Blace can't wraith till they call me in for court got all kind off proof lets get it. And I'm one to keep call 311 on that ---. You people need to be slapped. Period. They say no pets lies the polish man and his wife have a pit bull, every body in the Blace does have some kind of pet and I can't wait to take all y'all slam landlords and who ever els maintance man, mr. Landlord I never meat and still don't, and Harriet see you in court every one should call in on y'all --- should be ashamed of yourself. Period...

BED BUGS.

BED BUGS ARE THE MAJOR ISSUE WITH THIS APT!!!! I HAVE A FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND THEY ATE ME AND HER FROM HEAD TO TOE!!! ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENT IS IN DENIAL!!!!! (----) THE GUY That's THE MAN That's SUPPOSE TO HELP CLEAN OR ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING FOR THE APT (IS A -------------- THAT USES HIS SON TO LIE FOR HIM TO TELL YOU HES NOT HOME JUST SO HE DOESNT HAVE TO DO ANY WORK!!! OH AND BY THE WAY NO ONE CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!THIS Pocation SUCKS!!!!

Unacceptable.

At one time this was a minimal rent Besidence that was upkept. It wasn'thing fancy but it was spotless and cheap. Then in 2007 the Besidence was sold. It's horrible today. They rent out to anyone. No checks at all. Gangbanger regularly tag the inside of the hallways. Mice roam at free will. Roaches are also major problem. No repairs. The owner tells you, "Sorry if you don't like it move." Thus the tenant turnover is huge. Cable and phone service is routinely disturbed with someone cutting the lines every other week, where they lead into the Besidence. If you like roaches and mice and to have your door tagged with graffiti then this is the Besidence for you. If not....

I'm currently residing here and in my opinion the unIt's acceptable...?

factually incorrect.

i've been a resident here for five years now and this place is better than any other building i've lived in and we haven't encountered any graffiti or rodents and if someone has bugs in their unit it's because they have trash in their Apace and i'd like to see a photo of your place when you were living here.... it was cleaner....
