Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, always clean area and good condition for family to live in. Excellent transport connections with the center of city and quite, secure and relaxing area to walk with children.

The building has great amenities and a staff that responds quickly to issues. The units are clean and there is minimal disturbance from neighbors. Overall this is a great building in a fun neighborhood close to the lake

I had move in issues and when I showed up I was forced into a different apartment than I originally signed for due to bad flooring. I had to quickly choose a similar unit before my movers showed. There has been a staff change and I have noticed some better things within the community. However, the building is poor and can hear conversation's from surrounding units while in the shower and the AC unit is old and not efficient. The new staff that I have interacted with are so nice.

So far everything has been great, the space is great for the price and the parking is nice given the location. The only real critiques is that it is very hot in the hallways and it was really hard getting all my furniture up to the second floor because the stairwell is super narrow and there is only one elevator.

Well it is kind of hard to talk about the community since I didn't see most of them during the pandemic, how ever there was a lot of effort put into making online activities, and helping to keep up maintenance as well as keeping the building clean.

front office is not helpful. lag and non responsive. the maintenance staff are super friendly. the neighbors are nice and quiet. just hope you dont need any help from front office. the apartment itself is nice

The reside staff are incredibly on top of it all. All maintenance requests are responded to within a few hours, if that, and the staff are very friendly and genuinely want to help out and make sure you have the best experience possible at Reside. Very happy!

I have been looking forward to moving out since about the time I moved in. It's amazing how thin the walls and ceilings are. There is constant noise from those apartments around you. There have also been pretty consistent issues with the elevators and washing machines not working. You certainly do not get what you pay for in rent and would have expected much better. The apartments look fine on initial look until you move in and realize all the issues you will have to deal with.

I have lived here for the last 13 months. Very nice community. Wonderful staff and very responsive. My experience here has been extremely positive. From time to time issues will arise which would be expected in an older building and the staff here is quick to respond and looks to make things right quickly.
