Overall I have had a positive experience living here. The parking is very tight but that is common for the area. The unit is in good condition and maintenance responds promptly and follows up. The community is relatively quiet. There is laundry on lower levels which costs a little bit of money but the machines work okay. My dog is accepted here, very pet friendly.

My experience at Reside 707 has been decent thus far. Im grateful for the location, politeness from residents and staff. I appreciate the upkeep of the halls. It would be nice to have the washer and dryers cleaned(deep cleaned) at least once a month.

The community is quite & in a great neighborhood. I wish there was access to better/more parking. I have had a few issue with packages not being found once delivered. Overall, I am very pleased with this apartment

The apartment management is really nice. Tyrone Tappler is the apartment manager and has helped me throughout the process from touring the complex to the day I moved in. He is very professional and welcoming.

The building is great! My apartment is spacious and the rent is fair. Staff is accommodating and responsive. Love living here and have no complaints. Location is close to public transportation and great restaurants and entertainment.

I love the location of reside 707 and the building is in great condition. A major factor in choosing this apartment was the amount of closet space! I am so happy with the available closet space in my apartment. The unit is updated and in good shape. Another reason I chose reside 707 was for the parking. I am hoping to hear an update on the waitlist soon. Tyrone was so helpful when I was completing my application for my lease as well as moving into the building. I recommend working with Tyrone he is great!

If you are looking for an apartment with lots of bars and wrigley field right by, this is the perfect spot for you. Getting to different parts of town can be difficult with the roads because they are narrow. The one thing that would truly keep me is a washer and dryer in unit

The location is awesome and the overall building/amenities are amazing! The building attendees are very friendly and it is great to see many dogs in the building! I have lived in Chicago for 13 years and all within a 3 block radius! :)

Reside707 offers great amenities with the option of covered parking. Walls are thin but overall the apartment is clean and offers updated appliances and furnishings. Laundry room is update as well and there is easy access to mail room. Would recommend this apartment.

The building staff is nice and easy going, everything is organized and clean, community is relatively quiet, amenities are great - pool, fitness room, package room, onsite parking, close to restaurants and grocery stores
