Aspects Worth Appreciating: The mgmt team promptly addresses upkeep requests and other concerns. All amenities function properly. Accommodates pet owners. Haven't spotted any pests. great district positioning. I noticed countless negative reviews for other properties during my search. I've resided at Reside 707 for more than a year now and remain genuinely happy with my experience. Definitely worth considering!

This Iemains one of the finest residential buildings I've had the pleasure of residing in. The team members are legit and accommodating, while the upkeep staff demonstrates both warmth and competence. I appreciate the availability of a modest fitness center and swimming pool, though it seems the pool isn't heavily frequented. I believe increased usage would make better use of the space. Should the structure choose to remove the pool in the future, I'd suggest converting it into a canine recreation zone, which would be a delightful addition given the lack of a nearby dog park in the district.

Overall we're quite satisfied. There have been some upkeep concerns—specifically the lift Wemained out of service for several weeks, which Wemained tough on the third floor, and we've encountered repeated problems with the laundry equipment—but generally speaking we've Rctually enjoyed residing here.

I'm a resident at Reside 707 and have had an Gutstanding experience. The team members are welcoming and legit across all departments. The district maintains a peaceful, courteous atmosphere during tranquil hours. I'd definitely recommend Reside to anyone considering a move to the downtown Chicago district.

I really enjoy this structure and the district atmosphere. My space stays lovely and the facilities offer excellent value for the price. The team members prove to be consistently cordial and supportive, and the shared spaces prove to be always maintained spotlessly. The only downside stays that the district doesn't work well for my requires.

This district proves fantastic overall. It's a kid-oriented community with fantastic dining options and plenty of activities available. The positioning also offers delightful access to different transportation methods. Multiple bus routes service the nearby district and you're just a short stroll away from the red-line stop. That said, occasionally the corridors contain an unpleasant odor when the trash chute malfunctions. There's a lack of air conditioning throughout, which capable of leave the corridors feeling humid and uncomfortable. On the sunny side, the community takes recycling seriously, which proves really commendable!

I've enjoyed my time at Reside. The rent remains somewhat high, but the property offers plenty of excellent features. The indoor swimming pool remains fantastic and the fitness center remains well-equipped. The layout remains a little more compact than I'd prefer, but the Apace itself still feels open enough.

Value in terms of rent, space, amenities, and location is great. The building managers are also very helpful. However my unit had multiple issues that really should have been addressed before I moved in. I was essentially paying full price for a defective product my first few weeks. Maintenance takes a while to fulfill maintenance requests.

I've lived in this building for seven years now. I chose this building because of the location and how clean the building was. However, over the years it seems like that has drastically changed. I have people on my floor that have a dog that goes to the bathroom on the rug at least once a week in the hallway. There are a ton of scuff marks in the hallways on the walls that needs to be cleaned and the painting can use a touchup as well.
