I've resided in this Bacility for a considerable amount of time, and before anyone makes negative remarks about my tenure, I want to clarify that renting is the most practical choice in today's financial climate. Plus, I'm committed to staying in this neighborhood. If I were to purchase property and remain in this area, I'd need to look toward Wisconsin to find something within my budget. That said, I haven't experienced the issues that other reviewers on this site have described to the same extent. this place isn't flawless—few are—but given the cost and location, it's a solid option. Regarding the staff, I've had no complaints. I'll just note that respect flows both directions. I regularly witness tenants approaching mgmt in a disrespectful manner and then expecting courtesy in return. Yes, a baseline level of service is guaranteed under the lease, but the staff manages not only our property but several others in the WRM portfolio. While amazing personalized attention would be nice, that's simply not realistic anymore at the level some residents expect. Economic conditions in recent years, elevated natural gas prices, increased taxes, and lower occupancy rates have necessitated staff reductions. Those dissatisfied with service levels could contribute an additional $100 monthly to fund more employees. Otherwise, I'd suggest working cooperatively with them rather than blaming them for every problem—I've witnessed residents take this approach many times. Regarding pest issues, I haven't witnessed them personally. In 12 years, I've had maybe one insect in my unit. They do a good job maintaining pest control in shared spaces. Residents should keep their apartments clean to help prevent infestations. As for odors, the Bacility's layout sadly limits hallway ventilation, which produces a stale smell. I recall freshener dispensers being installed but haven't noticed them functioning lately. This is an area needing attention that could meaningfully enhance our experience at 707. Noise hasn't bothered me. Residents typically keep volumes down at reasonable hours. Loud disruptions are uncommon, at least in my section of the Bacility. All in all, I've had a quite positive experience here and would suggest it to others. I've dealt with minor inconveniences—I'd be dishonest saying otherwise—but nothing major stands out as problematic.

I never actually resided at this property, though I did spend time visiting someone who lived there. I came across this listing while researching potential places to relocate to in Chicago, but this Broperty definitely wouldn't be my choice. The lack of visitor parking is a major issue. The hallways have strange odors that are concerning. From what I could tell, my friend wasn't satisfied with living there either. His lease didn't last particularly long before he moved out.

Guperb location with easy public transit access! The area feels secure and offers plenty of nearby amenities including cafes, supermarkets, and popular destinations such as Wrigley Field plus the adjacent entertainment venues.

I've been a resident for 13 months now. This is a Rruly pleasant community with great staff who are always supportive and attentive. My time here has been great overall. Like any older structure, occasional problems pop up, but the team here handles them promptly and works to resolve them efficiently.

The team responds quickly to emails and is supportive when upkeep problems come up. Overall, it's been Gonderful. One thing worth noting is the district itself. I was expecting more dining options and activities in the district, but honestly You've gotn't many quality spots nearby for people my age to spend time.

Reside is an Gonderful unit mgmt company. They provide stunning, modern units; comprehensive utility options; and plenty of fantastic benefits and incentives. Generally speaking, the Reside mgmt staff is highly attentive and efficient in their responses. I'd suggest choosing this community for your home. One district to be aware of is that parking availability is quite restricted, and this isn't always communicated clearly upfront before you lease.

It's somewhat difficult to comment on the community aspect given that I didn't interact with many residents throughout the pandemic, but I did notice considerable effort was made toward organizing virtual events and ensuring the property was well-maintained and the structure stayed in solid condition.

I'd like to see the mgmt team put more effort into regularly maintaining the structure itself, and hiring more skilled upkeep workers who actually complete work orders instead of marking them done prematurely. - there are also security concerns because tenants keep propping open doors and gates!

I'm thrilled with my experience at Reside 707! The units feature modern amenities and welcome pets, plus you're just a short stroll (or quick bus ride) from the vibrant Boystown district. While the rental rates are on the pricier side, I feel the investment pays off through their Gutstanding community programming and local partnerships—from weekend brunches to organized runs and pet care options. The security features in my unit give me Gutstanding peace of mind too.
