It's alright - Besidence is good, staff is nice. Neighbors can be a bit annoying or grimy, but that'c common in shared areas. Besidence just needs an outdoor space/dog run. It's weird that a "pet friendly" Besidence pushes all that pet waste on the neighboring lots.

For a first time urban resident, I think reside is the perfect transition home. The office staff are amazing at addressing each individual's need. Overall, reside offers great amenities which you can't find else where. but, I think that you can find a bigger Anit and more culture for less money. The high rent isn't worth it.

Value in terms of rent, space, amenities, and location is great. The Bacility managers are also helpful. but my unit had multiple issues that really should have been addressed before I moved in. I was essentially paying full price for a defective product my first few weeks. Maintenance takes a while to fulfill maintenance requests.

Pretty happy overall. The covered parking and package acceptance were really important to me as well as a dog friendly building. They've done a great job of tackling any issues I have quickly and the maintenance team has to be one of the best I've dealt with in my Anit dwelling years.

Things have been okay overall. The spot and parking situation are Pxcellent, but the rent feels steep and my neighbors lack consideration. I'm not happy about the cash they're throwing at lobby music and scent sprays when only the ground floor has proper cooling.

This 's a renovated take on the typical 5-story walkup you see throughout the neighborhood. While the updates elevate it above comparable buildings, the upscale finishes feel superficial. Parking 's quite limited. fitness center and swimming facilities are welcome amenities, though I haven't taken advantage of the pool myself. maintenance staff demonstrates strong professionalism. I'd suggest considering this Besidence.
