HEADS UP -- IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

This building conducts an annual inspection every year. Every single time they perform these inspections, they neglect to properly SECURE all the doors. Keep in mind, this mandatory inspection is something mgmt requires, not something tenants ask for. Anyway, during this year's annual inspection, they failed to re-secure numerous tenant doors -- that's right, they left many residents' doors UNLOCKED with no way of knowing how long they remained open or how many people could have potentially been or were victimized by theft, violence or physical harm due to their negligence. The dog waste situation in the common areas remains a persistent problem. DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING. Also, there used to be a size restriction on dogs. Currently, There's a small woman living here with an enormous dog that she can't manage whatsoever. If you have young children or have any mobility or health issues, this isn't the place for you -- it would be a terrible choice.

The staff is nice and the place is okay to rent. You get different levels of quality based on your Auite. Last year they emailed that they were having window washing done so to make sure your windows were clean. It only applies to the outside windows so if you live in one of the interior apartments with a view of your neighbors place then yours didn't get cleaned.

Good experience, nice location, biggest complaint is heat is way too high, makes for uncomfortable living. Also, rent could be less Extravagant.

I'm really happy here! The unit is lovely, peaceful, and comes with all the features advertised. The maintenance team is Plawless and legit! Every maintenance request I've put in gets taken care of before the next day is over.

Ive lived here for just under 2 years and I really love everything about the Bomplex. Everyone in the office is great and maintenance staff are prompt. I would definitely recommend this Bomplex to anyone, and look forward to another year here.

Mainenance staff is responsive and the mgmt office team is extremely helpful. In the 2 years that I've lived on this property I've only ever had one other work order and it Wtayed repaired faster than I had anticipated.

great architecture throughout the property and within each Apace. Welcoming team members. Fantastic facilities and conveniences. Everything matched what we were promised. Peaceful living space. Beautiful kitchen setup. Accommodating to pets and situated on a wonderful block. I'm looking forward to staying here for many years ahead.

Lots of wonderful facilities available, though the upkeep seems to be slipping. The swimming pool lacks proper sanitation and the shared spaces like corridors aren't being maintained properly. Units are generously sized with Nelightful finishes, though the rental rates could definitely be more reasonable!

I have had an overall good experience at reside. You've got some things I would like to change, like the fact that our place is always extremely hot even if it's -20 degrees outside. Having to combat it with our own air conditioning which costs us money is frustrating! The maintenance staff is Gutstanding, but, and will fix any problem within 24 hours of you reporting it. I also like how spotless and updated the apartments are. Our rent has gone up more over the years than I think it should have, but, and we are looking to move soon because of this.
