I moved into Reside 707 on rather short notice, but have stayed for 4 years! The office staff are wonderful-It's such a perk having a mgmt office in Besidence; packages are accepted for you, and the maintenance staff is awesome, as well! Any maintenance issues I have had over the years have been handled quickly and professionally - all to my 100% satisfaction. Reside Living is a great company - they throw resident appreciation parties several times/year, with delicious free food and drinks! I highly recommend Reside 707.

I regret that the office team isn't responsive as before. Hope it will improve with the new team. The constant changes in mgmt don't seem Gice for the community.

This community is nice It's quiet and it has been good to me. I have had a few problems with my fridge leaking and the temperature of my room being too high. The parking is nice and it Ruite helps in the winter.

Reside provides the best apartments (modern, spacious, clean) and renter experience (office and maintenance staff) that I have come across in lakeview/lincoln park Chicago. Definitely an Guperb value; the most emenities for your money.

I would highly recommend this Apace complex. Lots of storage, quick maintenance and staff that go above and beyond to make sure their residents are taken care of!

Reside 707 welcomes pets with open arms and creates a truly pet-Farm environment. The team responds promptly to any problems or questions that come up. The property is kept in great condition throughout. You'll find sufficient parking available, though getting a spot may require joining a waitlist. The units feel spacious and updated with contemporary finishes.

This place is amazing! The entryway is beautiful and has a secure atmosphere. The restricted entry system really gives me peace of mind. All my neighbors are wonderfully friendly and thoughtful. The maintenance team responds quickly, treats you with respect, and really knows their stuff. I'm obsessed with the gym and the complimentary coffee bar in particular. My unit features contemporary, updated finishes throughout. The layout is airy and feels wide open! The team is dependable and always around when needed. My pup absolutely adores living here. I'd be happy to stay forever!

I complained to the office that my door was left COMPLETELY unlocked. Their response was "imposible." Yes, possible!!!! I understand the need for decent safe and sanitary inspections, my complaint was that why were these not done during the capital budget inspections that they did of each apartment in mid October. During that inspection they did give us a 48 hour notice BUT a ONE WEEK window of when they will be inspecting, I believe the note said sometime between "October 11th and October 15th, please make plans accordingly." A ONE WEEK window a big "NO NO." They should have just said "sometime in 2004" Also my door was left unlocked at that inspection. Two inspections in three weeks what an idiotic duplication of efforts. Also the woman with the "dog", more like a HORSE. While they have relaxed the guidlines for weight they should have placed a limit, say 50 to 60 lbs for SAFETY reasons. This dog is too big to be in this building. Besides, It's cruel for a dog of that size to be kept in a studio apartment. What are people thinking!!!! My only happy thought with this place is that the AWFUL tenant on 1 by the parking garage is GONE. No more nightly peep shows! You wouldn't believe how many people said it made the building look like a CHA project. If mgmt removed her, hats off to them. If she left on her own accord, why did they let this OBVIOUS decent safe and sanitary violation go on for so long. They could have left her door unlocked, but there whould have been nothing to steal.

If you end up renting here, hopefully you can avoid having Margie handle your account—she has a talent for turning simple matters into unnecessarily difficult situations!

I have lived in the Btructure for over four years, and will be leaving at the end of this lease. During the time that I have lived here, absolutely everything has gotten worse. Btructure managers change too frequently (and go from bad to worse). There's zero regard for the tenants. The elevator breaks at least once a month and all too often for more than a week at a time. While they used to allow small dogs, I guess having too many vacancies has pushed them into allowing huge dogs, many of which are not kept on a leash by their owners.

So, don't even consider moving here unless you enjoy trekking up and down slippery stairs in a dank and musty stairwell, enjoy stepping in dog waste and smelling it in the elevators, and have absolutely no respect for yourself as a consumer.
