Maintenance crew made my time on the property delightful, always felt like I was in great hands and always made sure my living situation was pleasant, working properly, and safe. Always on time and went above and beyond to ensure any issues were solved promptly

Maintenance has always been responsive and excellent and the current office manager has been responsive and helpful. The outdoor spaces are nicely planted and kept up. Safety measures have been taken to deal with the pandemic, and the office is prompt to issue any alerts.

So far have had a positive experience at reside on Barry. Staff was very helpful with leasing and check in process. Apartment floor plan is great and in good condition. Building location is in a great neighborhood and close to lakefront and public transport.

This is way to long of a response needed. I didn't want to answer all of these questions and 200 characters is too long. The only reason I didn't just close out of the survey is so I could tell you to adjust this.

It's been an excellent building. The maintenance staff is stellar, they're beyond wonderful. They keep the building clean and in order. They're excellent during the pandemic and the outrageous snowstorms

I love living at Reside on Barry! It's clean and has great amenities. The maintenance staff is awesome and the location can't be beat. I would prefer if the utilities all came in a packaged plan, but other than that I highly recommend living here!

The Lesing Team has been very flexible and kind, assisting us with whatever we needed. Maintenance staff has been super helpful and we really feel like they are taking great care with work orders and the building. We are happy we moved in!
