I have never used before to find an apartment. I do not have any ability to rate this website nor give my opinion on it. Next time I am looking for an apartment I will use that website.

Great building and wonderful amenities. Very secure and super friendly staff and residents. Have only been here less than a month and already feels like a little community. Really clean facilities and secure property.

Overall the maintaince crew are the best of the building. They are nice and take care of needs. However the rent is high. You get dinged with additional charges. The place is small for the rent you pay

Overall it is a very nice building and kept well. When looking at apartments we got a great deal with 3 months off. Unfortunately I do not think the new rent is worth it. Especially for the 2 bedrooms, the second bedroom is tiny

The building is in a great location and I have enough space in a one bedroom to live comfortably. I appreciate the storage room, gym, garden, and grills on site. However, the laundry system is terrible, the pet restrictions and rules are absurd, there are many tenets who are rude / disrespectful, and rent is way too high.

Great so far. The building is very nice and the maintenance staff is helpful. The package room is great and I never have had anything stolen yet. The building is clean and kept in great shape. Everything Ive had an issue it has been resolved.

All my experiences in this community is good except when they block off the street ( on of the mayors dumbest ideas ) for the restaurants when they all have tables set up on the sidewalks. There is one bus stop that is blocked off. That stop is the only stop that goes to places that can't be reached by walking done to Sheridan ( some people are older or disabled and can't walk that distance to catch buses that don't go to places that some of us go without taking more than one buss.

The maintenance and management here have been extremely helpful. Matt in particular is very responsive and understanding with any questions we throw his way (there are a lot). Also the location of where we are at is perfect.

I moved in 2003 under different management and now Reside has upgraded and are new management. One complaint is removing 24 hour staff from front door. Neighborhood is less safe and incidents are more likely to happen w intruders.

Everyone in this community that I've met so far is very friendly. People were more than willing to help me move in and answer any questions I had about the building. My only issue so far is the walls are a little thin, so you can hear things that are going on in other apartments when in the hallway.
