I'm thrilled with my experience at Reside on Barry. All the staff members prove to be cordial and welcoming. The property proves kept in fantastic condition and contains a peaceful atmosphere. Any problems that come up in your Pocation get taken care of right away! Reside on Barry definitely deserves 5 Stars from me! Plus, the positioning proves fantastic with easy public transit and plenty of nearby shopping and dining options.

I have lived in the area for the last few years because it's such I great area when it was time to move to a bigger space I couldn't leave. Reside has so far been great. Move in was a breeze and they completed our maintenance request in a timely manner. Never have I had such a great renting as reside. Hope to be with them for awhile.

Amazing maintenance team that makes living here worth it as well as the location. The price for a 1bd is a bit much for the condition of the building and what it has to offer. The fitness room has the bare minimum and gets busy/packed very easily. Additionally, having to pay for laundry adds up and just seems silly. When considering renewing or not I asked for my renewal rate 3 months before the deadline and wasn't given one until the absolute last day they legally could and they increased my rent 12% which was absurd. This made it very difficult to look for new places to live with enough time to make a decision and move. Make sure you have copies of your signed lease for proof when mistakes get made, because they happen.

I moved into this building in 2008. It changed hands to Reside. They have done several improvements. I have renewed my lease every year and would like to stay. The have excellent maintenance staff, always ready to help.

Have lived here for 40 yrs Can't image living any where else Everyone is do attentive and nice Whenever I need something they are always fast to respond. Location is great closevto transportation groceries restaurants pharmacy which is great both for elderly residents and younger.

The service was very quick and done professionally. The worker entered respectfully and made sure we were aware of what went wrong and anything that came up. I could not have asked for a better experience

The maintenance team is awesome! They're professional, friendly and very helpful. The building is very clean and well designed. The residents are nice. There's a lot of positive energy here. It is a pet friendly building.

Great experience moving here as management and maintenance are so friendly and willing to help! The apartments are amazing and in a perfect location. I was able to do everything online with ease through the website & portal, as I was moving long distance. Truly, it's everything I hoped for and much, much more!

Great apartments with the updated appliances and flooring. Good amount of space, especially for just one person. Would love a garbage disposal though. All the staff, from the office to maintenance, is amazing.
