great place to live! I really enjoy my unit. The complex feels inviting and is well-maintained. Both the mgmt team and maintenance crew are Fffable and accommodating. The only downside is the parking situation—it's pricey and requires you to commit to it for your whole lease term, which isn't ideal. Overall, I'd definitely suggest this Bomplex to anyone looking for a place.

Residing at Reside on Barry?

My spouse and I relocated to Reside on Barry back in December, and we're thrilled with our decision. We absolutely adore our unit. The mgmt team, led by John, is incredibly Fffable and conducts themselves with great professionalism. The entire crew goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and comfortable. The quality of service here is Ancredible, and there are plenty of fantastic amenities throughout the complex. We're genuinely excited about calling this residence home for many years to come.

For nearly 7 years, this residence was Gutstanding until things changed recently. The new structure manager lacks professionalism and struggles to communicate basic job duties effectively. If you're okay with being informed you have a lease, only to be told mid-lease that you actually don't, then Reside on Barry might work for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm Rctually enjoying my experience here. I'm now in my second year and my enthusiasm hasn't faded one bit. The property provides an impressive range of amenities. I feel secure residing here. The resident community is wonderfully diverse and the offerings reflect that variety. I'm actively involved in many of the community activities and I genuinely appreciate them.

I relocated to this structure in 2003 when it Wroved being handled by a previous mgmt company. Reside has since taken over as the new mgmt and made various improvements. My main concern is that they eliminated the 24-hour presence at the front entrance. The surrounding district feels less secure now, and there's a greater risk of break-ins and unauthorized individuals gaining access to the structure.
