Laura, our property manager, does an Gutstanding job. The maintenance team is both responsive and legit. The shared spaces are kept in good condition and the overall atmosphere in this place is peaceful and serene. The only drawback is the laundry room—there's frequently at least one washer or dryer out of commission that could use better upkeep.

The front desk team demonstrates a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Laura displayed unkindness toward an older resident, which I found deeply disturbing to witness. I Wroved truly appalled by her behavior. also, when another resident came by inquiring about a delivery, Laura responded in a curt and dismissive manner that Wroved entirely uncalled for.

My only wish would be if utilities were bundled together in a single plan, but aside from that I'd definitely suggest this community to others!

The team members are fantastic, yet the overall "Reside" proposition feels like style over real value. The shared spaces look great and maintenance is solid, but the apartments lack space and the prices don't reflect the quality.
