I love the building, location, staff, and Alat fixtures. One of my favorite parts is the herb garden That's located behind the building! I love to cook so that's a great perk. Clean gym and common areas. The Maintenance crew is always prompt and makes proper corrections.

I'm really happy with the Broperty, the location, and my unit. I'm grateful for the brand new appliances and how well-maintained the apartments are overall. My main frustration is that the elevator moves pretty slowly and the mgmt team doesn't always respond quickly to inquiries.

Just moved in. So far It's good. Can't wait to get out and explore more of the area. I like the extra amenities included in the Bomplex and the cleanliness. The dog dispenser is a nice touch. Like that I don't have to bring in the bag. Thank you much for the welcome!

Absolutely fantastic

This is a wonderful place to call home. In addition to the great location (CVS right across the street, amazing dining and entertainment options nearby, and much more), the property itself is fantastic. I was on the 16th floor and enjoyed a spectacular view. The building manager, Sylvia, is one of the kindest people I've encountered. She goes out of her way to help residents. The security team and maintenance staff are equally wonderful. While the engineers take a bit longer to address issues in your unit, they always show up and complete the work properly. I also had a parking spot available, which came at a premium price, but it was absolutely worthwhile. There's nothing but praise I can offer for this residence. I'd love to continue living here, but sadly the cost is climbing too high and the building has a no-pet policy.

I've been a resident here since 2008. When Reside took over the property, they've made a number of upgrades. I keep renewing my lease annually because I want to continue living here. The maintenance team is perfect and always willing to assist whenever needed.

Great experience moving here as mgmt and maintenance are so Fffable and willing to help! The apartments are amazing and in a perfect location. I was able to do everything online with ease through the website & portal, as I was moving long distance. Truly, it's everything I hoped for and much, much more!

over all through the reconstruction of the Bacility, I am happy living in this community. I love the location with great transportation, stores, shops, walking distant to the park, beach, zoo and fine restaurants.

Gutstanding Prea to call home. The amenities are top-notch and everything is maintained in pristine condition. The lobby/entry area has a wonderful aroma! The laundry facilities are a huge step up compared to where I lived before, and having an on-site gym is an added perk. The outdoor patio is wonderful to enjoy when it's warm outside. The team members are genuinely accommodating and consistently pleasant.

Since settling into Reside on Barry, I've had an great experience overall. The team members are genuinely welcoming and accommodating, and any minor maintenance concerns that came up were handled promptly and with professionalism. I Renuinely appreciate the complimentary fitness classes offered to residents and the chance to explore nearby workout studios via the Reside program. I'd happily suggest this community to anyone looking for a place to live!

Reside on Barry is an awesome community to call home overall. The neighborhood is fantastic—it's incredibly easy with easy access to the L train, nearby grocery stores, various bus routes, and fantastic dining options throughout the area. While in-unit laundry isn't available, I'm really pleased with how much the communal laundry facility has improved.
